不同放牧管理方式对天山北坡山地草原植物种群变化的影响机制OA
Impacts of Different Grazing Management Practices on Plant Population Changes in Mountain Grasslands on the Northern Slope of the Tianshan Mountains
[目的]旨在探讨禁牧(M0)、控制放牧(M1)与自由放牧(M2)3种管理方式对天山北坡山地草原植物群落结构、多样性、生物量分配、碳汇功能及土壤环境的影响机制,为该区域草地的可持续管理与生态保护提供科学依据.[方法]采用野外调查与实验室分析相结合的方法,测定不同放牧方式下植物群落组成、多样性指数、生物量、碳储量及土壤养分含量,分析其与植物功能群分布的关系.[结果]放牧管理方式显著影响植物群落组成与结构:M1最有利于维持禾本科植物的优势地位和群落稳定性,其重要值达1.034,生物量占比为85.9%;M2导致禾本科植物衰退,重要值降至0.411,而菊科绢蒿等植物重要值上升至0.353,成为优势种;M0有利于植物生物量与碳储量的积累,总生物量达2 361.7 g/m²,碳储量为1 062.8 g C/m².在多样性方面,M2的Shannon-Wiener指数(2.253)与Simpson指数(0.867)最高,而M0的Pielou均匀度指数(0.893)最优.土壤环境分析表明,放牧方式通过改变土壤养分含量进而影响植物功能群的分布.[结论]M1有利于植物群落稳定,M2有利于提高植物多样性但会导致禾本科植物衰退,M0有利于生物量积累和碳储存,研究结果为该区域草地生态系统的科学管理提供了重要依据.
[Objective]This study aimed to explore the impacts of three grazing management practices,namely,grazing exclusion(M0),controlled grazing(M1),and free grazing(M2),on plant community structure,diversity,biomass allocation,carbon sequestration,and soil environment in mountain grasslands on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains,so as to provide a scientific basis for sustainable management and ecological conservation in the region.[Methods]A combination of field survey and laboratory analysis was conducted to determine plant community composition,diversity indices,biomass,carbon storage,and soil nutrient content under different grazing management practices.The relationship between such practices and plant functional group distribution was analyzed.[Results]Grazing management practices significantly influenced plant community composition and structure:M1 best maintained the dominance and community stability of grasses,with an importance value of 1.034 and a biomass proportion of 85.9%.In contrast,M2 led to a decline in grasses(importance value dropping to 0.411),while the importance value of Asteraceae species such as Seriphidium increased to 0.353,making them the dominant species.M0 facilitated the accumulation of biomass and carbon storage,with total biomass reaching 2 361.7 g/m² and carbon storage of 1 062.8 g C/m².In terms of diversity,M2 had the highest Shannon-Wiener(2.253)and Simpson(0.867)indices,whereas M0 exhibited the highest Pielou evenness index(0.893).Soil analysis indicated that grazing practices altered soil nutrient levels,thereby influencing the distribution of plant functional groups.[Conclusion]M1 helped maintain community stability,M2 enhanced species diversity but led to grass degradation,and M0 facilitated biomass accumulation and carbon storage.Important basis was offered by this study for scientifically management of grassland ecosystems in the region.
