国内外骆驼布鲁氏菌病流行现状、驱动因素及区域防控启示OA

[Current Status]Brucellosis is a significant zoonotic disease caused by the genus Brucella,with a worldwide distribution and a higher incidence reported in developing countries.Camels are among the susceptible hosts for Brucella spp.Compared with the prevention and control of brucellosis in cattle and sheep,its control in camels is more challenging due to the lack of specific vaccines.[Issues]The prevalence of camel brucellosis abroad was relatively high according to surveys,with seropositivity rates ranging from 1.90%to 40.50%.In contrast,epidemiological investigations on camel brucellosis in China were insufficient,and specific diagnostic tools were lacking.Furthermore,in some regions,traditional customs contributed to the risk of human exposure to brucellosis through the consumption of raw camel milk and its products.[Countermeasures]In key camel-farming areas,camels should be included as a priority in the brucellosis surveillance system when necessary.Simultaneously,considering local conditions,comprehensive measures should be adopted,including optimizing prevention and control strategies,preventing cross-species transmission risk,cracking down on illegal trading,and improving the protective awareness of practitioners.[Conclusion]In this paper,the prevalence of camel brucellosis both domestically and internationally was systematically reviewed,the main factors for its spread were analyzed,and targeted recommendations were provided,hoping to offer new insights for the prevention and control of camel brucellosis in China.
