中低速磁浮平竖曲线重合段动力学特性及线路参数研究OA
Dynamics characterization and track parameters of overlapped horizontal-vertical curves in medium-low speed maglev systems
中低速磁浮线路在面临复杂地形条件时常需将平曲线和竖曲线段进行重合建设,但曲线重合线路对车辆动力学性能的影响尚不明确.为此,基于磁浮交通线路的设计方法,结合曲线重合线路的特点,分别建立了考虑竖圆重合(竖曲线与圆曲线重合)和竖缓重合(竖曲线与缓和曲线重合)线路条件的车辆-轨道动力学模型.在相关标准的基础上,研究磁浮列车通过不同曲线重合段时的悬浮运行动态振动特性,分析圆曲线半径、缓和曲线长度和竖曲线半径等线路参数对系统动态响应的影响.进一步开展曲线重合段线路参数设计研究,量化了不同速度等级下线路参数之间的匹配关系并给出其建议值.研究结果表明,相对于竖圆重合工况,车辆通过竖缓重合段的动力学响应更加显著.圆曲线半径越小、缓和曲线越短或竖曲线半径越小,车辆通过曲线重合段的动态响应越剧烈.当半径为150 m的圆曲线与半径为2 500 m的竖曲线重合时,车辆的安全通过速度为42 km/h.若竖曲线半径缩减至1 250 m,车辆通过速度需限制在30 km/h以下.在竖曲线半径为2 500 m且缓和曲线长度为60 m的竖缓重合段,车辆的安全通过速度为34 km/h.当缓和曲线长度缩短至42 m时,车辆通过速度需进一步降低至30 km/h以内.研究成果可为中低速磁浮线路平竖曲线重合参数设计提供参考和指导.
When faced with complex terrain conditions,medium-low speed maglev lines often require the overlapping construction of horizontal and vertical curve sections,but the impact of such overlapping curve sections on vehicle dynamic performance remains unclear.Based on the design method of maglev traffic lines and combined with the characteristics of overlapping curve sections,vehicle-track dynamic models considering the conditions of vertical-circular curve overlap(overlap of vertical curves and circular curves)and vertical-transition curve overlap(overlap of vertical curves and transition curves)were established respectively.On the basis of relevant standards,the dynamic vibration characteristics of maglev trains during suspension operation when passing through different overlapping curve sections were studied.The influences of line parameters such as circular curve radius,transition curve length,and vertical curve radius on the system's dynamic response were analyzed.Moreover,the design of line parameters for overlapping curve sections was carried out.The matching relationships between line parameters under different speed levels were quantified,and their recommended values were provided.The research results show that the dynamic response of the vehicle when passing through the vertical-transition curve overlap section is more significant compared with the vertical-circular curve overlap condition.The smaller the circular curve radius,the shorter the transition curve,or the smaller the vertical curve radius,the more intense the dynamic response of the vehicle when passing through the overlapping curve section.When a circular curve with a radius of 150 m overlaps with a vertical curve with a radius of 2 500 m,the safe passing speed of the vehicle is 42 km/h.If the vertical curve radius is reduced to 1 250 m,the vehicle's passing speed must be limited to below 30 km/h.In the vertical-transition curve overlap section with a vertical curve radius of 2 500 m and a transition curve length of 60 m,the safe passing speed of the vehicle is 34 km/h.When the transition curve length is shortened to 42 m,the vehicle's passing speed must be further reduced to within 30 km/h.The research results can provide reference and guidance for the parameter design of horizontal and vertical curve overlap in medium-low speed maglev lines.
