增效剂在烧结烟气流化床脱硫中的影响OA

Influence of synergists applied in fluidized bed sintered flue gas desulfurization

针对烧结烟气循环流化床脱硫负荷量大、脱硫剂成本较高的问题,搭建了流化床烟气脱硫装置,探究了增效剂质量浓度、加湿水量和烟气量对脱硫效率的影响.实验结果表明:添加增效剂可以大幅提高消石灰的脱硫能力,最佳的增效剂质量浓度为13 g/L;脱硫量与加湿水量呈正相关,与烟气量呈负相关.当烧结烟气量增大时,添加增效剂并增加喷淋水量是提高脱硫效率和脱硫剂利用率,从而降低成本的有效方法.

Aiming at the problem of large desulfurization load and high cost of desulfurizer in the circulating fluidized bed sintered flue gas desulfurization,this study built a fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization reactor to investigate the influence of synergist mass concentration,humidified water flow rate and gas flow rate on the desulfurization efficiency.The experimental results show that the addition of synergist could greatly improve the desulfurization capacity of slaked lime,and the optimal synergist mass concentration is 13 g/L.The desulfurization amount is positively correlated with the humidified water flow rate and negatively correlated with the gas flow rate.When the sintering flue gas flow increases,adding synergists and increasing humidified water flow rate are effective ways to improve the desulfurization efficiency and desulfurizer utilization so as to reduce costs.
