铝灰烧结法制备Al(OH)3的工艺优化OA

Process optimization for Al(OH)3 preparation from aluminum dross using sintering method

利用铝灰制备Al(OH)3粉体,研究烧结、溶出、碳分等工艺参数对制备Al(OH)3粉体的影响.使用FactSage软件对烧结过程中可能发生的反应进行分析.采用单因素实验法,研究烧结过程中碱比(即碳酸钠中的钠与铝灰中的铝的摩尔比)、烧结温度、保温时间对铝和硅溶出率的影响,以及碳酸化分解即碳分过程中CO2体积分数、气体流量和终点pH值对Al(OH)3粉体质量的影响.结果表明:在碱比为1.3,烧结温度为1 150℃,保温时间为60 min的最佳条件下,铝溶出率可达93.1%;在CO2的体积分数为40%,气体流量为4 L/min,终点pH值为11的碳分条件下,可制备出符合国家标准GB/T 4294-2010中牌号AH-2要求的Al(OH)3.

Al(OH)3 powder was synthesized from aluminum dross,and the effects of parameters such as sintering,leaching,and carbonation on the production of Al(OH)3 powder were investigated.FactSage software was utilized to analyze the potential reactions during sintering.The effects of alkali ratio(i.e.,the molar ratio of sodium in Na2CO3 to aluminum in aluminum dross),sintering temperature,and holding time on the leaching rates of aluminum and silicon during sintering,as well as the effects of CO2 volume fraction,gas flow rate and endpoint pH on the quality of Al(OH)3 powder during carbonation were studied by single factor experiments.The results indicate that the leaching rate of aluminum could reach 93.1%under the optimum conditions of an alkali ratio of 1.3,sintering temperature of 1 150 ℃,and holding time of 60 min.Under carbon content conditions of 40%CO2 volume fraction,4 L/min gas flow rate,and endpoint pH of 11,the prepared Al(OH)3 meets the requirements of grade AH-2 specified in standard GB/T 4294-2010.
