添加含氟炭渣对铝电解用炭阳极反应性的影响OA
Effect of fluorinated carbon residue addition on reactivity of carbon anodes for aluminum electrolysis
将4种含氟炭渣均以5%、10%、15%、20%的质量分数加入炭阳极中,计算炭阳极在600 ℃空气和960 ℃CO2气氛下反应后的残余率和反应活性,判断炭阳极的反应性.结果表明:随着含氟炭渣的质量分数分别增至5%、10%、15%、20%,Na3AlF6炭渣始终提高炭阳极的空气反应性,对炭阳极的CO2反应性起先降低后提高的作用;Na3AlF6与AlF3混合炭渣对炭阳极的空气反应性起先降低后提高的作用,但会始终提高炭阳极的CO2反应性;Na3AlF6与NaF混合炭渣对炭阳极的空气反应性起先降低后提高的作用,但会始终提高炭阳极的CO2反应性;MgF2炭渣对炭阳极的空气反应性和CO2反应性均起先降低后提高的作用.与炭阳极原料相比,4种含氟炭渣对沥青焦反应性的改善效果不仅更明显,而且会使煅后焦与沥青焦分子结构重新排列,提高炭化程度,进而影响炭阳极在空气和CO2气氛下的反应性.
Four types of fluorine-containing carbon residue have been added to the carbon anode at mass fractions of 5%,10%,15%,and 20%.The residual rate and reaction activity of the carbon anode have been calculated after reaction in air at 600℃and CO2 atmosphere at 960 ℃ to determine the reactivity of the carbon anode.The results show that as the mass fraction of fluorine-containing carbon residue increases to 5%,10%,15%,and 20%,Na3AlF6 carbon residue consistently enhances the air reactivity of the carbon anode,while its effect on the CO2 reactivity of the carbon anode first decreases and then increases.The mixed carbon residue of Na3AlF6 and AlF3 initially reduces and subsequently increases the air reactivity of the carbon anode,but continuously improves the CO2 reactivity of the carbon anode.The mixed carbon residue of Na3AlF6 and NaF first decreases and then increases the air reactivity of the carbon anode,while consistently enhancing the CO2 reactivity of the carbon anode.The MgF2 carbon residue caused both the air and CO2 reactivity of the carbon anode to decrease initially and then increase with rising additions.Compared with carbon anode raw materials,fluorine-containing carbon residue has a more significant improvement effect on the oxidation of pitch coke,and can also rearrange the molecular structures of calcined petroleum coke and pitch coke,increase the degree of carbonization,and thus affect the reactivity of carbon anode in air and CO2 atmosphere.
