中国北方草地委陵菜属植物生物量分配的空间特征分析OA

中国北方草地委陵菜属(Potentilla)植物资源丰富且分布广泛,其生物量的地上-地下分配会改变土壤碳输入进而影响陆地生态系统碳循环.本研究以委陵菜属植物为研究对象,通过对比中国北方草地不同区域、不同委陵菜物种种间和种内根冠比的差异,揭示其空间分布特征,并探究生物量分配与气候因子之间的关系.结果表明,委陵菜属不同物种根冠比差异显著(P<0.05),且空间变异大,但气候因子的解释度较小;单一委陵菜属物种[鹅绒委陵菜(P.anserina)]地上、地下生物量与根冠比受到气候因子的较大影响;通过主成分分析(PCA)与结构方程模型(SEM)进一步分析发现,系统发育分支距离对委陵菜属植物生物量分配比例的影响大于气候因子;就单一物种鹅绒委陵菜来说,气候因子对其生物量分配的影响和解释度相对于整个委陵菜属有所提高,而且鹅绒委陵菜的生物量及分配比例主要受到温度和降水这两个气候因子的影响.

Potentilla plants are abundant and widely distributed in the grasslands of northern China.The biomass allocation of Potentilla affects soil carbon input and,consequently,the terrestrial ecosystem carbon cycle.In this study,Potentilla plants were used as the research subject.By comparing interspecific and intraspecific differences in root-shoot ratio of different Potentilla species across grasslands in northern China,the spatial distribution characteristics of Potentilla were revealed,and the relationship between biomass allocation and climate factors was explored.The results showed significant differences at the 0.05 level in root-shoot ratio among Potentilla species,with considerable spatial variation but limited explanatory power of climate factors.The above-and belowground biomass and root-shoot ratio of P.anserina were strongly influenced by climate factors.Further analysis using principal component analysis and structural equation modeling showed that phylogenetic branch distance had a greater effect on biomass allocation than climate factors.However,for P.anserina alone,the effect and explanatory power of climate factors on biomass allocation were higher than all Potentilla species combined.Moreover,the biomass allocation of P.anserina was mainly affected by two climatic factors:temperature and precipitation.
