草地是中国最大的陆地生态系统之一,其生态功能和经济价值不可忽视.然而,由于气候变化和不合理的人类活动,我国草地生态系统发生大面积退化,严重影响了其生产和生态功能.本文对我国草地退化的现状、退化对微生物的影响以及微生物在退化草地恢复中的重要作用进行了探讨,发现草地退化会导致土壤 pH 上升,土壤密度、水分含量、有机质含量等理化性质和土壤微生物多样性降低,土壤微生物的群落结构改变,并对微生物的碳氮循环功能产生负面影响.此外,退化还导致土壤中植物病原微生物含量增加,加大了植物患病的风险,从而不利于退化草地的恢复,形成恶性循环.微生物在草地恢复中发挥着重要作用,微生物通过促进养分循环、维持土壤结构、参与水文过程以及直接促进植物生长等方式,对草地的恢复具有积极影响.本文总结了用于退化草地恢复的主要微生物功能类群,如丛枝菌根真菌、固氮菌和植物根际促生菌,强调了加强微生物研究对草地生态系统修复技术研究的重要性,以期为退化草地恢复和生态系统管理提供科学依据和技术支持.

Grasslands are among the largest terrestrial ecosystems in China,and their ecological functions and economic value cannot be ignored.However,owing to climate change and unreasonable human activities,a large area of grassland ecosystem in China has been degraded,severely affecting its productivity and ecological functions.This paper explored the current state of grassland degradation in China,its impact on soil microorganisms,and the crucial role of microorganisms in the restoration of degraded grasslands.Grassland degradation increased soil pH and significantly reduced soil density,moisture content,organic matter content,other physicochemical properties,and soil microbial diversity.It also changed the community structure of soil microorganisms and negatively affected the carbon and nitrogen cycling functions of microorganisms.In addition,degradation increased the abundance of plant pathogenic microorganisms in the soil,increasing the risk of plant diseases,which was not conducive to the restoration of degraded grassland,forming a vicious circle.Microorganisms play an important role in grassland restoration by promoting nutrient cycling,maintaining soil structure,participating in hydrological processes,and directly promoting plant growth.This study summarizes the main functional microbial groups involved in the restoration of degraded grasslands,such as arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,azotobacter,and rhizosphere growth-promoting bacteria.It emphasizes the importance of strengthening microbial research on grassland ecosystem restoration technology to provide a scientific basis and technical support for the restoration and ecosystem management of degraded grasslands.
