电源快速切换后电动机群启动引发母线电压跌落会威胁供电安全.针对这一过程中复杂供电网络下电动机群启动难以精准量化各级母线电压的问题,探讨了单台电动机启动的理论计算过程,推导了复杂供电网络下电动机群启动的计算方法.提出了电源快切下电动机群启动时各级母线电压的量化计算和安全稳定分析方法,并以某企业110 kV 变电站为例,进行了三绕组变压器高压侧快切动作时中压、低压侧母线电动机群启动各母线电压和电动机机端电压的计算,分析了其对装置供电安全的影响并提出解决方案,验证了采用标幺值实现复杂网络电动机群启各级母线电压量化计算和安全稳定分析的可行性.该方法为工业企业实施复杂供电网络下电动机群启动的安全稳定分析提供了技术参考.

The fast bus transfer can cause busbar voltage sags when the motor group starts,which poses a threat to power supply security and production stability.Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to accurately quantify the bus voltages at all levels in the motor group start-up under complex power supply networks during this process,the theoretical calculation process of the start-up of a single motor was discussed,and the calcula-tion method of the motor group start-up under the complex power supply network was derived.A quantitative calculation and safety stability analysis method for bus voltages at all levels during the start-up of a motor group under fast bus transfer was proposed.Taking a 110 kV industrial substation as a case study,calculations were performed to determine the busbar voltages(at medium-voltage and low-voltage sides)and the terminal voltages of the motors during group starting triggered by FBT operation on the high-voltage side of a three-winding trans-former.The impact on supply security was analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.The feasibility of using per-unit values for conducting quantification calculations and safety stability analysis of bus voltages at all levels in complex network while motor group started was verified.This method provides a techni-cal reference for industrial enterprises to implement security and stability analysis of motor group start-up within complex power supply networks.
