石化设备在苛刻工况下易发生腐蚀失效,传统监检测方法存在实时性差、灵敏度低等局限,难以满足精准防控需求.近年来,腐蚀监检测技术向实时化、高精度、高适应性方向快速演进,涌现出耦合多电极阵列传感等一系列新技术.系统综述了这些新兴技术的核心原理,梳理其在局部腐蚀定量监测、流态诱导腐蚀识别、腐蚀可视化检测、复杂曲面监测等场景的研究与应用,深入分析各类技术在监测精度、响应速度、环境适应性、操作便捷性等方面的优势,以及在极端工况稳定性、定量关联精度、工业适用性等方面的局限性;结合石化行业实际生产需求,探讨当前腐蚀监检测在极端环境适配、局部腐蚀早期识别、多技术数据融合、智能化决策支持等方面面临的核心挑战,展望多技术融合一体化监测、智能化数字化升级、极端环境适应性优化等未来发展趋势,为石化行业腐蚀防控技术迭代升级、设备结构完整性长效管理及安全与经济效益提升提供全面且实用的参考.

Petrochemical equipment is susceptible to corrosion failure under harsh operating conditions.Traditional monitoring methods often suffer from poor real-time performance and low sensitivity,failing to meet the requirements for precise prevention and control.In recent years,corrosion monitoring and detection technol-ogies have evolved rapidly towards real-time,high-precision,and high-adaptability directions,with the emer-gence of a series of new technologies such as coupled multi-electrode array sensing.This study systematically re-viewed the core principles of these emerging technologies,focusing on their applications in the quantitative mo-nitoring of localized corrosion,identification of flow-induced corrosion,corrosion visualization,and monitoring of complex curved surfaces.This study critically analyzed the advantages of these technologies regarding monito-ring accuracy,response speed,environmental adaptability and operational convenience,while also evaluating their limitations in terms of stability under extreme conditions,quantitative correlation accuracy,and industrial applicability.Combined with the actual production needs of the petrochemical industry,it was identified that the core challenges currently faced by corrosion monitoring and detection were in aspects such as extreme environ-ment adaptation,early identification of local corrosion,multi-technology data fusion,and intelligent decision support.This study proposed that the integration of multiple technologies for integrated monitoring,intelligent and digital upgrading,and optimization of adaptability to extreme environments were the trends of future devel-opment.This study provides comprehensive references for the iterative upgrade of corrosion prevention and con-trol technologies,facilitating the long-term management of equipment structural integrity,and enhancing both safety and economic benefits in the petrochemical industry.
