针对加油站员工职业健康危害因素的识别防控问题,采用数据对比综合统计分析的方法,从加油站生产过程、生产环境和运营过程3 个方面,对汽柴油及其挥发组分(苯、甲苯、二甲苯、正己烷、环己烷、戊烷、正庚烷)、汽车尾气、夏季高温、冬季低温等影响较大的职业健康危害因素进行了辨识归纳和分析,发现加油站员工职业健康危害因素主要由生产过程中的化学因素、生产环境中的物理因素、运营过程中的其他因素构成,加油站员工面临的职业健康危害因素纷繁多样,成因复杂,管控困难.职业健康危害因素消减防治工作需建档立制,不断完善创新工作方式方法,强化辨识能力、防控意识培训,加大设备更新、技术升级、心理干预方面的工作力度,多管齐下,科学治理,综合管控.

To address the identification,prevention,and control of occupational health hazard factors for gas station employees,this study employed a method of data comparison and comprehensive statistical analysis.Occupational hazard factors—such as gasoline and diesel and their volatile components(benzene,toluene,xy-lene,n-hexane,cyclohexane,pentane,n-heptane),vehicle exhaust,and extreme seasonal temperatures in summer and winter—were identified,categorized,and analyzed from three perspectives:the production process,the production environment,and the operational process of gas stations.The occupational health haz-ard factors faced by gas station employees primarily consist of chemical factors from the production process,physical factors from the production environment,and other factors arising from the daily operational process.These factors are diverse,have a complex etiology,and are inherently difficult to manage and control.The miti-gation,prevention,and control of occupational health hazard factors necessitate establishing robust documenta-tion and regulatory frameworks,while improving and innovating working methods.It is crucial to strengthen training on hazard identification capabilities and prevention awareness,and to intensify efforts in equipment up-dates,technological upgrades,and psychological interventions.A multi-pronged,scientifically managed,and comprehensively controlled approach is essential.
