基于"肾-督-脑"轴理论探讨针刺治疗轻度认知障碍OA

Mild cognitive impairment(MCI)is an age-related pathological cognitive state between normal aging and dementia.Although daily living activities are not impaired,patients with MCI carry a high risk of progression to dementia.Therefore,early intervention for MCI is critical to preventing the development of dementia.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),MCI is categorized as"forgetfulness"(jianwang),with kidney essence deficiency and marrow sea insufficiency as its core pathogenesis.Based on the"Kidney-Governing Vessel-Brain Axis"theory,this paper proposes an acupuncture prescription strategy that takes the kidney as the root,the Governing Vessel as the axis,and the brain marrow as the source.The strategy aims to tonify the kidney and replenish essence,unblock the Governing Vessel and benefit the marrow sea,thereby filling the brain marrow and opening the mental orifices.Derived from Huangdi Neijing(The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic)and further summarized and innovated by modern practitioners,this theory provides new ideas and regimens for clinical acupuncture in the treatment of MCI.
