The"Zhenjiu Dacheng"is rich in content and comprehensive in information,exerting a profound and far-reaching influence on the development of acupuncture and moxibustion.Its theory of the Five Shu Points,com-bined with the theory of the Five Zang-organs'pulses,makes the application of the Five Shu Points more concrete.Both the Five Shu Points system and the theory of the Five Zang-organs'pulses originate from the theory of the Four Seasons and Five Elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine.The"Zhenjiu Dacheng"combines these two approaches,as recorded in the chapter"Treatise on the Meridians and Channels of the Zang-Fu Organs."Based on the records of the Five Shu Points'indications in the"Zhenjiu Dacheng",this article explores the correlation between the Five Shu Points and the theory of the Five Zang-organs'pulses and the diseases they treat.It also analyzes the characteristics and origins of the Five Zang-organs'pulses in the"Zhenjiu Dacheng"'s content on the Five Shu Points'indications,and combines this with analysis of later medical cases,aiming to provide a theoretical basis and reference for the clini-cal application of the Five Shu Points in conjunction with pulse and symptom diagnosis.
