Exploring the Pathogenesis of Osteoporosis based on the Kidney-marrow-brain-bone Axis
骨质疏松症是一种以骨量减少、骨微结构破坏为特征的全身性骨代谢疾病,其发病机制复杂且涉及多系统交互作用.近年来越来越多的证据表明,中枢神经系统与骨骼系统之间通过"肾-髓-脑-骨"建立的跨器官调控网络在骨质疏松症发病中发挥关键作用.文章旨在基于"肾-髓-脑-骨"这一新兴视角,综合分析中医古籍、现代神经科学研究成果及临床数据,详细阐述了中枢神经系统对骨代谢的调控机制以及骨骼系统对中枢神经系统的反馈机制,深入探讨骨质疏松症的发病新机制.
Osteoporosis(OP)is a systemic bone metabolic disease characterized by decreased bone mass and de-struction of bone micro-structure.Its pathogenesis is complex and involves multi-system interactions.In recent years,increasing evidence suggests that a cross-organ regulatory network established between the central nervous system and the skeletal system through the"kidney-marrow-brain-bone"axis plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of OP.This article aims to elucidate the regulatory mechanisms of the central nervous system on bone metabolism and the feed-back mechanisms of the skeletal system to the central nervous system from this emerging perspective of the"kidney-marrow-brain-bone"axis,comprehensively analyzing ancient Chinese medical texts,modern neuroscience research findings,and clinical data,and to explore new mechanisms of osteoporosis pathogenesis.
