失地对农户减贫韧性的影响研究:基于土地征收视角OACHSSCD

Land loss undermines farmers'poverty reduction resilience and heightens the risk of their relapsing into poverty.The 2024 Central Rural Work Conference underscored the necessity of continuously consolidating poverty alleviation achievements,enhancing monitoring and assistance mechanisms to prevent poverty relapse,and establishing a robust long-term mechanism for poverty prevention in rural areas.Based on CFPS data from 2014 to 2022,an empirical analysis on the impact of land loss on farmers'poverty reduction resilience reveals that farmers who lose land experience a significant decline in their poverty reduction resilience.Mechanistically,the reduction in social capital and a decrease in farmers'life satisfaction contribute to the diminished poverty reduction resilience among landless farmers.For addressing the developmental vulnerabilities of landless farmers,preventing poverty relapse due to land loss,and consolidating and expanding poverty alleviation achievements,it is suggested to improve the land expropriation and compensation system to strengthen rights protection,establish a multi-tiered employment support system to enhance the accumulation of both social and human capital,increase life satisfaction among landless farmers to stimulate endogenous development momentum,and develop a stratified and categorized social security system to safeguard against livelihood risks.
