Spatial-Temporal Evolution of the Coupling Coordination between Agricultural Socialized Services and Green Agricultural Development

在农业可持续发展的关键转型期,农业社会化服务与农业绿色发展的耦合协调关系对破解资源环境约束、推动农业高质量发展具有重要意义.以 2011-2022 年中国 30 个省份和地区的面板数据为基础,构建农业社会化服务水平评价体系和农业绿色发展评价体系,运用熵值法、耦合协调模型及多维度面板回归模型,对两者的耦合协调时空分异特征及影响因素展开研究.研究发现:在时间维度上,农业社会化服务水平整体呈波动增长态势,农业绿色发展水平先升后降,两者耦合度始终处于高位,但耦合协调度仍有提升空间;在空间维度上,农业社会化服务水平呈现东中西梯度差异,农业绿色发展水平表现为西部较高、东部分化、中部滞后、东北地区较高但波动下降,东部、东北地区耦合协调度处于初级协调阶段,中西部处于勉强协调阶段.影响因素方面,四大变量对不同区域耦合协调度影响差异显著:土地流转对东中部及全国正向显著、西部负向显著、东北地区负向不显著;产业结构仅中部正向显著;经济水平中部正向显著、东部负向显著;城镇化率对全国及中西北正向显著、东部不显著.建议立足区域异质性,精准匹配各地资源禀赋,强化土地流转与产业结构协同驱动,兼顾经济与城镇化支撑、完善政策体系,为二者协调共进提供理论支撑.

During the critical transition period of sustainable agricultural development,the coupling and coordination between agricultural socialized services(ASS)and green agricultural development(GAD)holds significant importance in addressing resource and environmental constraints and promoting high-quality agricultural development.Based on panel data from 30 provinces and regions in China from 2011 to 2022,this study constructs a system for evaluating the levels of ASS and GAD.Utilizing the entropy method,coupling coordination model,and multidimensional panel regression model,it investigates the spatial-temporal differentiation characteristics and influencing factors of their coupling and coordination.The findings reveal that,temporally,the overall level of ASS exhibits fluctuating growth,while the level of GAD first increases and then decreases.The coupling degree between the two remains high,yet there is still room for improvement in their coupling coordination degree.Spatially,the level of ASS demonstrates gradient differences across the eastern,central,and western regions.The level of GAD is higher in the west,differentiated in the east,lagging in the central region,and higher but fluctuating downward in the northeast.Their coupling coordination in the eastern and northeastern regions is at the primary stage,while that in the central and western regions is barely coordinated.Regarding influencing factors,the four major variables show significant differences in their impact on their coupling coordination degree across different regions:land circulation has a significant positive impact nationally and especially on the eastern and central regions,a negative impact on the west,and an insignificant negative impact on the northeast;industrial structure only has a positive impact on the central region;economic level has a positive impact on the central region and a negative impact on the east;urbanization rate has a positive impact nationally and especially on the central and western regions,but an insignificant impact on the east.It is recommended to precisely match local resource endowments according to regional heterogeneity,strengthen the synergistic driving effect of land circulation and industrial structure,balance economic and urbanization support,and improve the policy system to provide theoretical support for the coordinated advancement of ASS and GAD.
