宁夏"六特"产业现状·问题及高质量发展实现路径OA

To support the high-quality development of agriculture in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,the current development status and ex-perience models of the"six special"industries(namely wine,wolfberry,milk,beef cattle,Tan sheep,and cold vegetable industries)in Ningxia were studied through field research,personal interviews,and literature analysis.The models include"three integrated development of the wine industry","extending the industrial chain of Chinese wolfberry by deep processing","green circular development of animal husbandry","cold vegetables developing towards Ningxia branding",etc.We also found some problems in industrial agglomeration and scale benefits,industrial chain and interest linkage,technology and talent shortage,infrastructure construction,etc.Based on the General Secretary's instructions for the development of Ningxia's characteristic agricultural industry,we proposed several suggestions,including the enhancement of policy support and guidance,scientific and technological innovation,improvement of construction of industrial chain,interest chain and infrastructure.
