粮食生产结构对农业碳汇的影响研究OA

Study on the Impact of Grain Production Structure on Agricultural Carbon Sinks

在农业可持续发展及应对气候变化的背景下,明确粮食生产结构对农业碳汇的影响及其作用机制,对优化粮食生产布局、提升农业碳汇能力、保障粮食安全与生态环境协调发展至关重要.基于中国 31 个省份 2004-2023 年面板数据,运用双向固定效应回归等方法,以口粮产需结构为中介变量,复种指数为调节变量,探究粮食生产结构对农业碳汇的影响.结果表明,粮食生产结构失衡显著抑制农业碳汇提升,且通过口粮产需结构路径产生间接抑制作用,复种指数在粮食生产结构失衡下加剧抑制农业碳汇提升.在区域异质性分析中进一步发现,粮食主产区与产销平衡区粮食生产结构失衡显著抑制农业碳汇提升.而粮食主销区粮食生产结构相对灵活,受市场调节影响较大,有利于农业碳汇提升.因此,需优化粮食生产结构,缓解粮食产需结构矛盾,科学调控复种指数,实施区域差异化策略.

Under the background of sustainable agricultural development and climate change response,clarifying the impact of the structure of grain production on agricultural carbon sinks and its mechanism of action is of vital importance for optimizing the layout of grain production,enhancing the capacity of agricultural carbon sinks,and ensuring the coordinated development of food security and the ecological environment.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2004 to 2023,this paper uses methods such as bidirectional fixed effects regression,with the production and demand structure of staple food as the mediating variable and the multiple cropping index as the moderating variable,to explore the impact of grain production structure on agricultural carbon sinks.The research finds that the imbalance of grain production struc-ture significantly inhibits the increase of agricultural carbon sinks.Moreover,it exerts an indirect inhibitory effect through the supply and de-mand structure path of staple food.Under the imbalance of the grain production structure,the multiple cropping index further inhibits the in-crease of agricultural carbon sinks.Further analysis of regional heterogeneity reveals that the imbalance in the grain production structure be-tween major grain-producing areas and those with balanced production and sales significantly inhibited the increase in agricultural carbon sinks.The grain production structure in major grain-consuming areas is relatively flexible and is greatly influenced by market regulation,which is conducive to the increase of agricultural carbon sinks.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the structure of grain production,alleviate the con-tradiction between grain production and demand,scientifically regulate the multiple cropping index,and implement regional differentiation strategies.
