基于SWOT-AHP模型河北省油菜发展战略研究OA

Oilseed rape is the second largest specialty oilseed crop in Hebei Province,and occupies an important position in guaranteeing the supply of grain and oil in Hebei Province.Oilseed rape production has made initial progress in Hebei Province,but nowadays it is also faced with the problem of how to better integrate the resources in order to realize sustainable development.Based on SWOT,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of oilseed rape development in Hebei Province,sets up the development index system,calculates the weights of each index by using AHP,and constructs a strategic four-quadrant coordinate system.The results show that the advan-tages of oilseed rape production in Hebei Province are greater than the disadvantages and the opportunities are higher than the threats in the process of development,and the strength-based strategy should be prioritized in order to realize sustainable development.
