针对烟草育苗中地块找平困难、苗盘浸水深度不均及育苗池整地人工成本高等问题,基于潮汐技术设计了一款育苗装置.该装置由育苗盘支架和智能排灌系统构成,在育苗床设计上实现了2项关键创新:首先,育苗盘支架采用水平调节装置,确保各苗盘精确水平定位,使烟苗根部浸水深度均匀一致,从根本上解决了传统育苗中因水位不均而导致的根部腐烂(下降37%)或干旱问题,将育苗成活率提升至98.2%;其次,智能排灌系统通过电磁控制阀与水位传感器的协同作用,按0.5 cm精度动态调节水位,实现干湿交替环境的自动化控制,使幼苗生长周期缩短15%.这些创新通过机械化与智能化深度融合,将人工整地强度降低60%,育苗标准化水平提高45%,为烟草集约化生产提供了高效可靠的技术支撑.

Addressing the challenges in tobacco seedling cultivation,such as difficulty in leveling seedbed plots,uneven water depth for seedling trays,and high labor costs for seedbed preparation,a seedling cultivation device was designed based on tidal irrigation technology.The rack features an integrated leveling device,ensuring precise horizontal positioning of all trays.This guarantees uniform root immersion depth,fundamentally addressing issues like root rot(reduced by 37%)or drought caused by uneven water levels in traditional methods.Con-sequently,seedling survival rates increased to 98.2%.The intelligent irrigation-drainage system dynamically regulates water levels with 0.5 cm precision through coordinated electromagnetic control valves and water level sensors.This enables automated control of wet-dry alternation cy-cles,shortening the seedling growth period by 15%.These innovations,through deep integration of mechanization and intelligence,reduce manual land preparation labor by 60%and enhance standardization in seedling cultivation by 45%.This provides efficient and reliable techni-cal support for intensive tobacco production.
