认同视角下民国综合高中的职业教育探索与历史镜鉴OA
Exploration and Historical Reflection on Vocational Education in Comprehensive High Schools during the Period of the Republic of China from the Perspective of Identity
民国综合高中的实践,是中国探索普职关系的制度建设起点.基于"社会认同、自我认同与职业认同"的分析框架,剖析民国综合高中(1922-1932年)的制度设计与实践困境,为新时代综合高中发展提供历史镜鉴.研究发现,民国综合高中在社会认同层面存在理念与文化的冲突;自我认同层面呈现制度理想与个人实践的断裂;职业认同层面存在职业指导能力不足、资源匮乏的问题;三类认同负向联动导致制度失败.新时代综合高中需重构三类认同的协同支持体系,通过教育评价体系的优化与社会宣传的积极开展、心理支持体系的完善与家校联动的畅通、校企合作的深化与职业指导的实效发挥,破解认同困境,助力我国现代职业教育从立法平等迈向实质平等.
The practice of comprehensive high schools during the period of the Republic of China marked the institutional starting point of China's exploration of the relationship between general and vocational education.Based on the analytical framework of"social identity,self-identity and vocational identity",this study analyzes the institutional design and practical dilemmas of comprehensive high schools during the Republican period(1922-1932)to offer historical lessons for the development of comprehensive high schools in China's New Era.The findings show that,at the social identity level,conceptual and cultural conflicts emerged;at the self-identity level,there was a rupture between institutional ideals and individual practices;at the vocational identity level,schools lacked both career guidance capacity and sufficient resources.The negative interplay among these three identities led to institutional failure.In the new era,it is essential to reconstruct a synergistic support system integrating social,self and vocational identities.This can be achieved by optimizing the educational evaluation system and promoting positive social advocacy,strengthening psychological support and home-school collaboration,and deepening school-enterprise cooperation to enhance the effectiveness of career guidance.Such efforts will help address identity dilemmas and advance China's modern vocational education from legislative equality toward substantive equality.
