The construction of"double-qualified"teachers is the key to the high-quality development of vocational education.As a precious asset in education,educators'spirit provides strong spiritual motivation and practical guidance for the construction of"double-qualified"teachers.In terms of value pursuit,educators'spirit aims to forge souls with ideals and beliefs,set examples with moral sentiments,innovate with educational wisdom,lay foundations with diligent practice,influence with benevolence,and pursue far-reaching goals with moral ambition.In terms of coupling logic,educators'spirit is consistent in vision,common in connotation and driven by the same policies with the construction of"double-qualified"teachers.In terms of practice paths,efforts should focus on the construction of institutional system,optimization of training system and innovation of incentive mechanism,so as to realize the effective integration of educators'spirit into the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in vocational education.
