Study on Employer Satisfaction Survey in National Vocational Education
基于2024年全国职业教育满意度调查数据,全面考察雇主对职业院校毕业生的满意度评价.结果显示,雇主满意度总体向好,对职业院校毕业生的实际感受好于预期,尤其是近5年来中职雇主总体用工满意度显著提升,雇主期望改善明显;雇主满意度存在显著的区域、行业与主体差异;雇主期望对总体用工满意度的影响更为显著;技能水平与发展潜力是制约雇主满意度提升的关键短板.基于此,建议强化技能与潜力培养,夯实满意度提升基础;优化雇主期望管理,提升满意度主观感知;立足差异分类施策,精准提升雇主满意度.
Based on data from the 2024 National Vocational Education Satisfaction Survey,the study comprehensively examines employers'satisfaction evaluations of graduates from vocational colleges.The results indicate that employers are generally satisfied overall.Employers'actual perceptions of vocational college graduates exceed their expectations.Notably,over the past five years,the overall employment satisfaction of employers hiring secondary vocational graduates has significantly improved,with a marked enhancement in employer expectations.Significant regional,industry and institutional differences exist in employer satisfaction.Employer expectations have a more pronounced impact on overall employment satisfaction.Skill levels and development potential are identified as key shortcomings constraining the improvement of employer satisfaction.Based on the findings,the study recommends strengthening skill and potential development to solidify the foundation for satisfaction enhancement,optimizing employer expectation management to improve subjective perceptions of satisfaction,and implementing targeted strategies tailored to regional and sectoral differences to precisely boost employer satisfaction.
