采用全国职业教育满意度调查中的高职教师专项测评工具,对高等职业教育教师从业满意度开展系统测评与实证分析.结果显示,我国高职教师的从业总体满意度处于较高水平,具体呈现以下特征:教师群体普遍对工作人际关系、专业发展支持、校风建设、学校治理水平、政府权益保障及个人职业发展前景表示满意;在学生学习能力培养、企业实践机会、考核评价机制、社会认可度及职业成就感等方面仍存在提升需求.为提升高职教师从业满意度,高职院校应通过职业素养培育增强学生学习动力,优化学风建设;构建校企协同的教师实践保障机制,促进专业教学与产业需求精准对接;推进高校管理服务由"行政主导"向"服务导向"转型,提升管理公平性与精准性;完善办公科研基础条件,建立契合职业教育特点的科研支持体系;创新考核评价机制,突出职业教育类型特色以及通过搭建成果展示平台、提升社会认可度等举措,增强教师职业价值认同与工作活力.

This study employs a specialized evaluation tool for higher vocational education teachers from the National Vocational Education Satisfaction Survey to conduct a systematic assessment and empirical analysis of job satisfaction among higher vocational education teachers.The results indicate that the overall job satisfaction of higher vocational teachers in China is at a relatively high level,with the following specific characteristics:teachers generally express satisfaction with interpersonal relationships at work,professional development support,school culture construction,school governance,government protection of rights and interests,and personal career prospects.However,there remains room for improvement in areas such as cultivating students'learning abilities,opportunities for enterprise practice,evaluation mechanisms,social recognition and professional fulfillment.Accordingly,to improve the job satisfaction of higher vocational college teachers,recommendations are proposed,including enhancing students'motivation through professional competency cultivation and optimizing academic atmosphere construction;establishing a collaborative school-enterprise practical support mechanism to align teaching with industry needs;transitioning university management services from an"administrative-led"to a"service-oriented"approach to improve fairness and precision in governance;improving basic conditions for office and research work,and establishing a research support system tailored to vocational education;innovating assessment and evaluation mechanisms to highlight the distinctive features of vocational education;and enhancing teachers'professional value recognition and job vitality through measures such as establishing a platform for showcasing achievements and improving social recognition.
