从学生视角看职业教育办得怎么样?OA
How is Vocational Education Delivered from the Students'Perspective?
采用全国职业教育满意度系列调查之学生调查及测评工具,以结构方程模型为方法进行测算,结合三轮调查数据对比,对全国职业教育学生教育满意度情况进行测评和实证分析.结果显示,从"十三五"到"十四五"末期,我国职业教育学生满意度大幅提升.从现状和成绩看,我国职业教育发展成效显著,职业学校办学能力不断强化,中职阶段普通中专学校更受学生认可,"双高""双优"等重点建设项目示范作用彰显,专业建设及布局调整成效显现.从问题与挑战看,职业教育仍存区域差异显著、学校课外拓展性学习资源供给不足、产教融合仍不能充分满足职教育人需求、尚处于试点探索阶段的高职本科教育质量有待提升、中高贯通培养的高职学生教育满意度相对偏低、学生自信心和未来规划能力有待加强.面向"十五五",职业教育应坚持类型特色定位,建强现代职业教育体系;深化教学关键要素改革,提升职业学校关键办学能力;加大国家财政支持力度,发挥重点项目建设引领作用;强化多维协同机制,缓解职教区域发展不均衡;加强以学为本的职教研究,引领赋能职业教育高质量发展.
Based on the student survey and evaluation tools of the National Vocational Education Satisfaction Survey series,this study adopts the Structural Equation Model(SEM)for measurement and conducts an evaluation and empirical analysis of the educational satisfaction of vocational students across China through comparative analysis of three rounds of survey data.The results show that students'satisfaction with vocational education in China has improved significantly from the 13th five-year plan period to the end of the 14th five-year plan period.In terms of current situation and achievements,vocational education in China has achieved remarkable development:the school-running capacity of vocational schools has been continuously strengthened;regular secondary vocational schools are more recognized by students at the secondary vocational stage;key construction projects such as the"double-high plan"and"double excellent plan"have demonstrated an outstanding exemplary role;and the effects of specialty construction and layout adjustment are obvious.In terms of problems and challenges,vocational education still faces prominent issues,including significant regional disparities,insufficient supply of extracurricular extended learning resources in school,industry-education integration not yet fully meeting the needs of vocational education talent cultivation,the quality of undergraduate-level vocational education still in the pilot and exploration stage needing improvement,relatively low educational satisfaction among higher vocational students in the secondary-higher vocational articulation program,and students'self-confidence and future planning ability to be further enhanced.For the 15th five-year plan period,vocational education should adhere to its distinctive positioning as a type of education,and strengthen the construction of modern vocational education system;deepen the reform of key teaching elements and improve the core school-running capacity of vocational schools;increase national financial support and give play to the leading role of key project construction;strengthen multi-dimensional coordination mechanisms to alleviate the unbalanced regional development of vocational education;and strengthen learning-oriented vocational education research to lead and empower high-quality development of vocational education.
