适合山地烟区的上部烟叶带茎采收留叶数研究OA
Study on the Numbers of Upper Leaves Harvested with Stems Suitable for Mountainous Tobacco Areas
为明确山地烤烟上部烟叶带茎采烤的适宜留叶数,在张家界市慈利县,以云烟 87 为材料,设置T4(留叶 4片,带茎采烤)、T5(留叶 5 片,带茎采烤)、T6(留叶 6 片,带茎采烤)及CK(留叶 6 片,剥叶采烤)处理,比较分析各处理鲜烟叶的生理指标与烤后烟叶品质.结果表明:带茎采烤处理中,随留叶数增加,鲜烟叶的SPAD值、干物质含量及烤后烟叶杂色比例、单叶质量、产量显著升高,烤后烟叶的正组烟比例、上等烟率、外观质量指数、叶片厚度、叶面积质量、总糖含量、烟碱含量、糖碱比显著降低.T4、T5 处理的正组烟率最高,分别较CK高 7.75、6.37 个百分点;T5 处理的上等烟率最高(77.38%),显著高于CK(68.74%);T6 处理的产值最高,T5 次之,两者分别较CK提高了 9.53%和 4.66%.T5 处理的评吸质量最优,较CK高 5.96%.综合分析,带茎采烤可显著提升烤烟产量,同时还可改善烟叶物理特性与化学成分协调性.在张家界山地烟区,上部烟叶带茎采收的适宜留叶数为 5.
In order to determine the suitable number of leaves left for the upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco in mountainous areas,Yunyan 87 in Cili County,Zhangjiajie City was used as the material,and T4(retaining 4 leaves,stem-harvesting and curing),T5(retaining 5 leaves,stem-harvesting and curing),T6(retaining 6 leaves,stem-harvesting and curing)and CK(retaining 6 leaves,harvesting by priming for curing)were set up.The physiological indexes of fresh tobacco leaves and the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the SPAD value and dry matter content of fresh tobacco leaves,the proportion of variegated color,single leaf weight and yield of flue-cured tobacco leaves increased significantly with the increase of the number of remaining leaves,while the proportion of normal tobacco leaves,the rate of superior tobacco leaves,the appearance quality index,leaf thickness,leaf area quality,total sugar content,nicotine content and sugar-nicotine ratio of flue-cured tobacco leaves decreased significantly.The positive group tobacco rate of T4 and T5 treatment was the highest,which was 7.75 and 6.37 percentage points higher than CK,respectively.The superior tobacco rate of T5 treatment was the highest(77.38%),which was significantly higher than that of CK(68.74%).The output value of T6 treatment was the highest,followed by T5,which increased by 9.53%and 4.65%respectively compared with CK.The smoking quality of T5 treatment was the best,which was 5.95%higher than CK.Comprehensive analysis showed that stem picking and baking could significantly increase the yield of flue-cured tobacco,and also improve the coordination of physical characteristics and chemical components of tobacco leaves.In Zhangjiajie tobacco area,the suitable number of remaining leaves for upper leaves with stems is 5.
