为探索提升烟叶甜感物质积累的养分协同施肥模式,以云烟 87 为材料,于 2024 年在湖南省永州市烟叶生产技术中心开展田间试验,设置 2 个试验因素,分别为施氮水平(常规施氮、增施氮肥)和氮磷配比模式(N∶P2 O5分别为 1∶0.7、1∶1、1∶1.3),共 6 个处理,对不同处理下烟叶的生长、光合特性以及碳代谢过程中糖类合成关键酶活性进行比较分析.结果表明:随着施磷比例的增加,烤烟团棵期和旺长期的株高、茎围、下部最大叶长和叶宽显著提高,成熟期的叶片数、中部最大叶长和叶宽也显著提高.相同施氮水平下,增施磷肥显著提高了整个生育期的烟叶蒸腾速率、光合速率和气孔导度;在同样的氮磷配比条件下,增施氮肥对全生育期的农艺性状和光合作用无显著影响.在糖类合成方面,烟叶蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性随磷肥施用比例和施氮量的增加而显著提高,而腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶活性则随磷肥比例的增加呈现先升高后下降的趋势.施磷比例的增加有利于成熟期烟叶还原糖的积累,而增施氮肥显著降低了烟叶总糖含量.综合分析,在湘南烟-稻轮作区常规施氮条件下,控制N∶P2O5 为 1∶1.3 可有效优化烟叶农艺性状,增强光合作用与碳代谢,协同促进还原糖积累,提升烤烟品质.

To explore the nutrient synergistic fertilization model for enhancing the accumulation of sweet-related substances in tobacco leaves,a randomized block field experiment was conducted using Yunyan 87 as the material at the Tobacco Production Technology Center in Yongzhou City,Hunan Province,in 2024.Two experimental factors were set up:nitrogen application level(conventional nitrogen application and increased nitrogen application)and nitrogen-phosphorus ratio(N∶P2 O5=1∶0.7,1∶1,and 1∶1.3),resulting in a total of six treatments.The growth,photosynthetic characteristics,and key enzyme activities involved in carbohydrate synthesis during carbon metabolism were compared and analyzed under different treatments.The results showed that with the increase in phosphorus application ratio,the plant height,stem girth,and the length and width of the largest lower leaves at the rosette and vigorous growth stages significantly increased,and the number of leaves and the length and width of the largest middle leaves at the maturity stage also significantly increased.Under the same nitrogen application level,increasing phosphorus fertilizer significantly enhanced the transpiration rate,photosynthetic rate,and stomatal conductance of tobacco leaves throughout the growth period.Under the same nitrogen-phosphorus ratio,increasing nitrogen application had no significant effect on agronomic traits and photosynthesis across the whole growth period.In terms of sugar synthesis,sucrose phosphate synthase activity in tobacco leaves significantly increased with the increase in phosphorus application ratio and nitrogen application level,while adenosine diphosphate glucose pyrophosphorylase activity first increased and then decreased with the increase in phosphorus application ratio.The increase in phosphorus application ratio was conducive to the accumulation of reducing sugars in mature tobacco leaves,whereas increased nitrogen application significantly reduced the total sugar content in tobacco leaves.Comprehensive analysis indicates that under conventional nitrogen application conditions in the tobacco-rice rotation area of southern Hunan,controlling the N∶P2 O5 ratio at 1∶1.3 can effectively optimize the agronomic traits of tobacco leaves,enhance photosynthetic and carbon metabolic,synergistically promote the accumulation of reducing sugars,and improve tobacco quality.
