为探讨纤维素酶与不同发酵类型乳酸菌复配及发酵天数对五节芒(Miscanthus floridulus)青贮品质的影响,并筛选最优酶菌组合与发酵周期,以开花期五节芒为原料进行青贮,设置纤维素酶(EX)、纤维素酶+嗜酸乳杆菌(EX+LA)、纤维素酶+布氏乳杆菌(EX+LB)、纤维素酶+植物乳杆菌(EX+LP)和蒸馏水(CK)共 5 个处理,分别在青贮 30、50 d后测定各处理的发酵品质和营养品质,并采用灰色关联度分析法对各处理的青贮饲料品质进行综合评价.结果表明:所有酶菌处理组的pH和氨态氮与总氮比值显著低于 CK,EX+LP 组的乳酸含量最高(30 d:1.71 mg/mL,50 d:1.66 mg/mL),EX+LB组的乙酸含量最高(30 d:0.84 mg/mL,50 d:1.03 mg/mL),各酶菌处理组的中性洗涤纤维含量均极显著低于CK,EX组的粗蛋白含量最高(30 d:72.0 g/kg,50 d:72.8 g/kg).青贮30 d,EX处理为最佳方案(关联度 0.990);而EX+LB组酸性洗涤木质素含量高且乳酸含量低,综合表现最差.综合分析,青贮30 d,纤维素酶或其与嗜酸乳杆菌的复配处理在发酵期能提升营养品质,其与植物乳杆菌的复配处理可优化发酵品质.

To investigate the effects of cellulase combined with different fermentation types of lactic acid bacteria and fermentation days on the silage quality of Miscanthus floridulus,and to screen the optimal enzyme-bacteria combination and fermentation period,this experiment used M.floridulus at the flowering stage as raw material for silage.Five treatments were set up:cellulase(EX),cellulase+Lactobacillus acidophilus(EX+LA),cellulase+Lactobacillus buchneri(EX+LB),cellulase+Lactobacillus plantarum(EX+LP),and a distilled water control group(CK).The fermentation quality and nutritional quality of each treatment were determined after 30 and 50 days of ensiling,respectively.The grey correlation analysis method was used for the comprehensive evaluation of the silage quality.The results showed that the pH and the ratio of ammoniacal nitrogen to total nitrogen in all enzyme microbial treatment groups were significantly lower than those in the CK group.The EX+LP group had the highest lactic acid content(30 d:1.71 mg/mL;50 d:1.66 mg/mL),while the EX+LB group had the highest acetic acid content(30 d:0.84 mg/mL;50 d:1.03 mg/mL).The neutral detergent fiber content in all additive treatment groups was significantly lower than that in the CK group,and the EX group had the highest crude protein content(30 d:72.0 g/kg;50 d:72.8 g/kg).After 30 days of ensiling,the EX treatment was identified as the optimal scheme(correlation degree 0.990);the EX+LB group showed the poorest comprehensive performance due to its high acid detergent lignin content and low lactic acid content.Comprehensive analysis indicates that after 30 days of ensiling,treatments with cellulase alone or its combination with L.acidophilus can improve the nutritional quality during the fermentation period,while its combination with L.plantarum can optimize the fermentation quality.
