Effects of Biomass Nutrient Solution on Wheat Yield,Quality and Soil Fertility
为探究生物质营养液对小麦产量、品质及土壤肥力的影响,确定其最优施用量,以铜麦 6 号为供试品种,于 2022-2023 年在陕西省铜川市 4 个村开展田间试验.试验设置 7 个施肥处理,包括不施肥(CK)、常规施肥(NPK)以及 5 个生物质营养液用量处理(T1:3 000 kg/hm2,T2:4 500 kg/hm2,T3:6 000 kg/hm2,T4:7 500 kg/hm2,T5:9 000 kg/hm2),对不同处理的小麦产量、品质、土壤肥力及其相关性进行比较分析.结果表明:生物质营养液能够在一定程度上提升小麦产量,T3 处理的籽粒产量最高,达 6 918.65 kg/hm2,较 CK 和 NPK 处理分别增产18.88%和 4.72%;与CK处理相比,生物质营养液各处理显著提升了小麦的粗蛋白含量、湿面筋含量、降落数值及吸水量,但其与NPK处理差异不显著;此外,生物质营养液各处理还显著提高了土壤有机质、碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量.相关性分析表明,籽粒产量与千粒质量、粗蛋白含量、湿面筋含量、硬度、籽粒水分和降落数值呈显著负相关,而与土壤碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量呈显著正相关.综合分析,本试验条件下,施用生物质营养液有利于小麦增产提质与地力提升,6 000 kg/hm2 为生物质营养液的最适施用量.
To investigate the effects of biomass nutrient solution on wheat yield,quality,and soil fertility,and to determine its optimal application rate,a field experiment was conducted from 2022 to 2023 in four villages of Tongchuan City,Shaanxi Province,using the wheat cultivar Tongmai 6.Seven fertilization treatments were implemented,including no fertilization(CK),conventional fertilization(NPK),and five levels of biomass nutrient solution at application rates of 3 000 kg/hm2(T1),4 500 kg/hm2(T2),6 000 kg/hm2(T3),7 500 kg/hm2(T4),and 9 000 kg/hm2(T5).Wheat yield,quality parameters,soil fertility indicators,and their interrelationships were comparatively analyzed.The results demonstrated that the biomass nutrient solution contributed to increased wheat yield,with the T3 treatment(6 000 kg/hm2)achieving the highest grain yield of 6 918.65 kg/hm2,representing increases of 18.88%and 4.72%over the CK and NPK treatments,respectively.The application of biomass nutrient solution significantly improved crude protein content,wet gluten content,falling number,and water absorption compared to CK;however,these improvements were not significantly different from those under the NPK treatment.Furthermore,the biomass nutrient solution significantly enhanced soil organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium contents.Correlation analysis revealed that grain yield was significantly negatively correlated with 1000-grain weight,crude protein,wet gluten,grain hardness,moisture content,and falling number,but significantly positively correlated with soil available nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium.In conclusion,under the experimental conditions,the application of biomass nutrient solution improved wheat yield,quality,and soil fertility,with an optimal application rate of 6 000 kg/hm2.
