目的 对双耳对称性中重度及重度感音神经性听力损失患者进行可听度对比阈值(audible contrast threshold,ACT)测试和噪声中言语(speech in noise,SIN)测试,研究二者结果的相关性.方法 纳入2024年10月至2025年3月于杭州仁爱耳聋康复研究院就诊的双耳对称性中重度及重度感音神经性听力损失患者80例为听损组,听力正常者30名为对照组,完成ACT和SIN测试,比较听损组和对照组ACT值与信噪比损失(signal-to-noise ratio loss,SNR-loss)值、SIN测试时间与ACT测试时间.分析SNR值与ACT值的相关性.结果 听损组ACT值、SNR-loss值均高于对照组,SIN测试时间、ACT测试时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组ACT值均随着SNR-loss值增加而增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 ACT测试与SNR测试具有相关性,ACT测试所得的ACT值可以预测SNR-loss程度.

Objective To determine the correlation between the audible contrast threshold(ACT)test and speech in noise(SIN)test in patients with symmetrical moderate-to-severe and severe sensorineural hearing loss.Methods Eighty patients with moderately severe to severe bilateral symmetrical sensorineural hearing loss were recruited,while thirty randomly selected individuals with normal hearing and no other ear diseases served as the control group.All participants completed both the ACT test and SIN test.ACT values,signal-to-noise ratio loss (SNR-loss)values,SIN test duration,and ACT test duration were compared between the hearing loss group and the control group,and the correlation between SNR and ACT values were analyzed.Results Both ACT and SNR-loss values,SIN testing time and ACT testing time in the hearing loss group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups of ACT values increased with the increase in SNR-loss,showing statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions This study demonstrates that the ACT value is correlated with SNR-loss in the SIN test.Given that the ACT test can be completed in a shorter time and is not language dependent,it can serve as a reliable alternative to the SNR test.
