黄芪根部病害研究现状及绿色防控策略OA
Current Research Status and Green Control Strategies of Root Diseases in Astragalus
黄芪为我国常用大宗药材,随着市场需求量的增加,人工栽培面积不断扩大.受产区过量灌溉与过量施肥、单一种植模式长期连作,以及全球气候变化引发极端天气频繁出现等因素影响,黄芪病害(尤其是根腐病、黄萎病、立枯病等土传病害)的为害程度逐年加重,已成为黄芪产量和品质的重要限制因素.其中,根腐病和黄萎病是连作黄芪的主要障碍因子,严重制约了黄芪种植业的可持续发展.本文系统总结了黄芪 3 种主要根部病害病原菌的地区差异、根际微生物与根部病害的关联,以及生物防治技术的研究进展;分析了当前病害早期诊断、病情监测及绿色防控技术提升过程中面临的关键问题,并提出今后应充分依托分子生物学、多组学及机器学习等新技术,重点开展病原-寄主-环境互作、抗病新种质发掘与利用、病害流行监测、土壤微生态调控等相关研究,以期为提升区域性黄芪根部病害综合防控技术水平、保障黄芪种植业高效绿色发展提供参考.
Astragalus is a genus of commonly used bulk medicinal herbs in China.As market demand continue to grow,the cultivation area of Astragalus has continuously expanded.Driven by multiple factors including excessive irrigation and fertilization in the production areas,long-term continuous cropping under a single planting pattern,and the frequent emergence of extreme weather events resulted from global climate change,the incidence and severity of Astragalus diseases,especially soil-borne diseases such as root rot,Verticillium wilt,and damping-off,have been intensifying year by year.These diseases have become major constrains on the yield and quality of Astragalus.Among them,root rot and Verticillium wilt are the main obstacles to continuous cropping of Astragalus,seriously restricting the sustainable development of the Astragalus planting industry.This article mainly summarizes the regional differences of pathogens associated with three main root diseases of Astragalus,the relationships between rhizosphere microorganisms and root diseases,as well as research advances in biocontrol technologies.Subsequently,it analyzes the key problems encountered in improving early disease diagnosis,disease monitoring,and green control technologies.Furthermore,this article proposes that in the future,new technologies including molecular biology,multi-omics,and machine learning should be fully utilized to conduct research on pathogen-host-environment interactions,exploration and utilization of new disease-resistant germplasm resources,monitoring of disease prevalence,and regulation of soil microecology.This review aims to provide a reference for improving the integrated prevention and control technology of regional root diseases of Astragalus and ensuring the efficient and green development of the Astragalus planting industry.
