Key technologies and applications for coordinated sediment flushing in the upper and middle Yellow River based on"flood tailoring"concept
立足洪水"功能性"属性,基于"洪水塑造"核心理念,针对黄河上中游刘家峡至龙口河段水库泥沙淤积严重的现实挑战,提出黄河上中游联合排沙调度应遵循节水优先、效率为重、统筹兼顾的原则,构建包括单一水库高效排沙机理与调控技术、洪水泥沙演进与时空对接技术、水库群多目标协同优化调度技术在内的技术体系,确定了联合排沙方案并应用实践.2023-2025年,以龙羊峡、刘家峡水库为核心塑造人工大流量洪水过程,联动沿线沙坡头、青铜峡、海勃湾、万家寨、龙口等多座水库开展联合排沙减淤.3年间水库群合计排沙3.51亿t,库区冲刷1.82亿t,各水库淤积形态得到有效改善,万家寨、龙口水库实现年度泥沙冲淤平衡,宁蒙河段在多年尺度上基本保持冲淤平衡,水资源利用效率有效提升.该实践验证了基于"洪水塑造"理念开展黄河上中游水库群联合排沙的可行性和高效性,拓展了黄河调水调沙的时空与功能维度,为多沙河流水库群泥沙淤积治理提供了典型案例.
Grounded in the concept of flood"functionality"and the core principle of"flood tailoring",this study addressed the critical challenge of reservoir sedimentation in the Liujiaxia to Longkou reach of the upper and middle Yellow River.It proposed that coordinated sediment flushing in the upper and middle Yellow River should follow the principles of water conservation priority,efficiency focus,and overall consideration.It developed a technical framework comprising efficient sediment flushing mechanisms and regulation techniques for single reservoirs,flood-sediment evolution and spatiotemporal matching techniques,and multi-objective collaborative optimal operation for reservoir groups.Based on this,joint sediment flushing schemes were determined and implemented.From 2023 to 2025,artificial large-flow flood processes were shaped with Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs as the core,linking multiple reservoirs along the line,such as Shapotou,Qingtongxia,Haibowan,Wanjiazhai,and Longkou,to carry out joint sediment flushing and sedimentation reduction.Over the three-year period,the reservoir group collectively discharged 351 million tons of sediment,and the reservoir areas were scoured by 182 million tons.The sedimentation patterns of each reservoir were effectively improved;Wanjiazhai and Longkou reservoirs achieved annual sediment balance,and the Ningxia-Inner Mongolia reach basically maintained sediment balance on a multi-year scale.The efficiency of water resource utilization was effectively enhanced.This practice validates the feasibility and efficiency of joint sediment flushing in the reservoir groups of the upper and middle Yellow River based on the"flood tailoring"concept,expands the spatiotemporal and functional dimensions of water and sediment regulation in the Yellow River,and provides a typical case for managing sedimentation in reservoir groups in heavily sediment-laden rivers.
