基于生产性能测定的青海多胎藏羊生长曲线模型优化OA
Optimization of growth curve model for Qinghai multiparous tibetan sheep based on production performance measurement
为探讨青海多胎藏羊1~6月龄生长发育规律并为其科学育种与饲养管理提供依据,选取青海省海北州海晏县高原现代生态畜牧业示范园1、3、4、5、6月龄多胎藏羊羔羊,测定体重、体高、体长、胸围四项指标,采用相关分析和多项式回归构建生长曲线模型.结果表明:各指标随月龄递增,指标间相关系数均≥0.94;以月龄、体高、体长、胸围为自变量的一阶多项式回归模型(y=-0.47+0.23A+0.08H+0.11L+0.10C)经5折交叉验证R2=0.8793,RMSE=0.98 kg,泛化能力强,可准确预测1~6月龄羔羊体重.该研究构建的生长模型可解释87.93%的体重变异,能够准确模拟青海多胎藏羊1~6月龄生长发育规律.
In order to explore the growth and development law of multi-birth Tibetan sheep at the age of 1~6 months and provide a basis for their scientific breeding and feeding management,the 1,3,4,5,6 month-old multi-birth Tibetan lambs in the Plateau Modern Ecological Animal Husbandry Demonstration Park in Haiyan County,Haibei Prefecture,Qinghai Province were selected to body weight,body height,body length and chest circumference,and the growth curve model was constructed by correlation analysis and polynomial regression.The results showed that the correlation coefficients between the indexes were ≥ 0.94 with the increase of monthly age.The first-order polynomial regression model(y=-0.47+0.23A+0.08H+0.11L+0.10C)with monthly age,body height,body length and chest circumference as independent variables was verified by 5-fold cross-verification R2=0.8793 and RMSE=0.98 kg,which had strong generalization ability and could accurately predict the weight of 1~6 months old lambs.The constructed growth model accounted for 87.93%of the body weight variation and could accurately simulate the early growth and development patterns of Qinghai multi-fetal Tibetan sheep.
