Cu、Zn制剂对紫花风铃木苗期生长和根系形态的影响OA
Effects of cupreous and zincous preparations treatment on seedling growth and root morphology of Handroanthus impetiginosus
[目的]探究不同化学制剂的控根效果,为紫花风铃木优质容器苗培育提供理论依据.[方法]以紫花风铃木容器苗为研究对象,采用双因素随机区组试验设计,开展不同浓度Cu、Zn制剂的控根试验,探究不同化学制剂对其苗期生长和根系形态的影响.[结果]Cu、Zn制剂对紫花风铃木苗高、地径影响有限,显著提升了苗木质量指数.Cu制剂和高浓度Zn制剂均显著提高了紫花风铃木的地上部分生物量、地下部分生物量和总生物量.Cu制剂显著促进了紫花风铃木粗根和细根的生长,Zn制剂只对细根生物量产生了显著的促进作用.Cu、Zn制剂对紫花风铃木根系形态产生了明显的促进作用,其根长、根表面积、根体积和根尖数均显著增加.Cu、Zn制剂对紫花风铃木根系构型也产生了较大的影响,降低了根系平均直径,极大地促进了细根特别是直径0~0.5 mm极细根的生长并提高了其占比,促使根系朝"细根化"方向发展.Cu制剂对紫花风铃木的控根效果略高于Zn制剂,Cu制剂对0~0.5 mm极细根的促进作用优于Zn制剂,其他方面两者的差距不大.[结论]紫花风铃木对Cu、Zn的金属耐受性较强,适宜采用化学控根技术对紫花风铃木进行容器苗培育.根据生长指标和根系形态综合分析,推荐使用120 g/L Cu制剂作为紫花风铃木苗期培育的化学控根试剂.
[Objective]To investigate the root-controlling effects of different chemical agents,and provide theoretical references for Handroanthus impetiginosus container seedlings cultivation.[Method]A controlled-root experiment was conducted on H.impetiginosus container seedlings under a two-factor randomized block design.Treatments with different concentrations of cupreous and zincous preparations were applied to evaluate their effects on seedling growth characteristics and root morphology during the early growth stage.[Result]Cu and Zn agents had limited influence on seedling height and ground diameter,but significantly improved the quality index of seedlings of H.impetiginosus.Cu agents and high concentration Zn agents significantly increased the aboveground biomass,belowground biomass,and total biomass.Cu agents significantly enhanced both coarse and fine root biomass,whereas Zn agents exhibited promotive effect exclusively on fine root biomass.Cu agents and Zn agents had significantly promotion effects on root morphological parameters,including total root length,root surface area,root volume,and root tip number.Additionally,Cu and Zn agents significantly altered root structure by reducing the root average diameter and markedly enhancing the growth and proportion of fine roots,particularly extremely fine roots(0-0.5 mm).These changes promoted the development of the root system toward a"fine-root-dominated"structural pattern.The root-control effects of Cu agents was slightly higher than that of Zn agents,and the promotion effects of Cu agents on extremely fine roots(0-0.5 mm)was significantly better than that of Zn agents,while there was little difference between the root-control effects of the two chemical agents in other aspects.[Conclusion]H.impetiginosus demonstrates pronounced tolerance to copper(Cu)and zinc(Zn),supporting the implementation of chemical root control techniques for container seedling cultivation.Based on comprehensive analysis of the growth and root morphology,120 g/L Cu agent is recommended as the optimal chemical root control reagent for the seedling cultivation of H.impetiginosus.
