传统群体水平测序难以解析细胞异质性,制约了畜禽领域精准研究与育种进展.单细胞测序已发展出基因组、转录组及表观基因组测序技术,该文系统概述其核心原理与流程,聚焦其在畜禽繁殖、发育、免疫、营养代谢等领域的应用,深入分析其在牛、猪、禽类等遗传育种中的实践.该技术核心价值在于突破群体平均效应,精准捕捉细胞异质性与发育动态,解析肉质、泌乳等经济性状分子机制,筛选关键基因标记.目前已在牛泌乳优化、猪肉质改良、禽类产蛋提升及疾病防控中取得明确成效.
Traditional population-level sequencing struggles to resolve cellular heterogeneity,hindering precise research and breeding in the livestock and poultry sector.Single-cell sequencing has developed into genomic,transcriptomic,and epigenomic sequencing technologies.This paper systematically outlines its core principles and processes,focusing on its applications in livestock and poultry reproduction,development,immunology,nutritional metabolism,etc.,and analyzes its practices in the genetic breeding of cattle,pigs,poultry,etc.Its core value lies in breaking the population average effect,accurately capturing cellular heterogeneity and developmental dynamics,deciphering the molecular mechanisms of economic traits such as meat quality and lactation,and screening key genetic markers.Currently,it has achieved remarkable results in optimizing cattle lactation,improving pork quality,enhancing poultry egg-laying performance,and disease prevention and control.
