基因组测序技术在羊种质资源中的应用研究进展OA
Research progress on the application of genomic sequencing technology in sheep germplasm resources
近年来,由于基因组学的快速发展,基因组测序技术已从种质资源的基础研究渗透到产业化实践当中,广泛应用于动物育种与遗传改良、疾病防控与健康管理、重要经济性状解析和基础生物学研究等关键领域.我国是世界上羊品种资源最丰富的国家之一,截至2024年底拥有各类绵羊和山羊品种资源共200个.但当前我国羊种质资源保护与利用仍面临遗传资源保护体系不完善、育种创新能力与产业需求脱节及产业化水平制约价值提升等问题.该文梳理了我国羊种质资源现状,从羊参考基因组构建、遗传多样性与群体结构解析、重要经济性状关键基因定位及羊属动物进化机制这四个方面重点阐述了基因组技术在种质资源保护与创新中的最新研究进展.
In recent years,due to the rapid development of genomics,genomic sequencing technology has permeated from the basic research of germplasm resources to industrial practice,and has been widely applied in key fields such as animal breeding and genetic improvement,disease prevention and control,health management,important economic trait analysis,and basic biological research.China is one of the countries with the richest sheep breed resources in the world,with a total of 200 types of sheep and goat breeds by the end of 2024.However,the current protection and utilization of sheep germplasm resources in China still face problems such as an incomplete genetic resource protection system,a disconnect between breeding innovation capabilities and industrial demands,and constraints on value enhancement due to industrialization levels.This article reviews the current status of sheep germplasm resources in China and elaborates on the latest research progress of genomic technology in germplasm resource protection and innovation from four aspects:the construction of sheep reference genomes,the analysis of genetic diversity and population structure,the identification of key genes for important economic traits,and the evolutionary mechanisms of the genus Ovis.
