脑血管病是全球致残率最高的疾病之一,其导致的运动、认知、语言及情感等功能障碍严重降低了患者的生活质量.传统康复医学依赖药物、物理治疗及针刺等干预手段,存在神经调控靶向性不足、疗效个体差异显著等瓶颈.近年来,脑机接口技术(BCI)的突破为神经康复提供了"从脑信号到行为输出"的直接通路,通过实时解码和调控大脑活动,为针刺研究提供了精准化、动态化以及可量化的创新工具.而多模态数据融合进一步通过跨维度感知与反馈优化,推动康复干预向"精准化-闭环化"演进.并通过闭环反馈优化针刺刺激参数,从而形成"靶向干预-实时调控"的协同增效模式,为脑血管病患者康复提供了跨学科精准干预新策略.在此背景下,针刺疗法与BCI及多模态技术的跨界结合,正成为破解神经可塑性调控难题的新兴方向.

Cerebrovascular diseases are among the leading causes of disability worldwide,and the resulting motor,cognitive,language,and emotional impairments significantly reduce patients' quality of life.Traditional rehabilitation approaches,reliant on interventions such as pharmaceuticals,physical therapy,and acupuncture,are limited by insufficient neural targeting and significant inter-individual variability in treatment outcomes.In recent years,breakthroughs in brain-computer interface(BCI)technology have provided a direct pathway from brain signals to behavioral output.By enabling real-time decoding and modulation of brain activity,BCI offers acupuncture research a precise,dynamic,and quantifiable innovation platform.Meanwhile,multimodal data fusion further enhances cross-dimensional perception and feedback optimization,facilitating the evolution of rehabilitation interventions toward'precision and closed-loop'paradigms.Through closed-loop feedback to optimize acupuncture stimulation parameters,a synergistic model of'targeted intervention and real-time regulation'can be established,driving new interdisciplinary strategies for precise neurorehabilitation in cerebrovascular disease.Against this background,the integration of acupuncture with BCI and multimodal technologies is emerging as a promising direction for overcoming challenges in neuromodulation and promoting neural plasticity.
