基于动脉阻断动态追踪方法的大鼠血压测量研究OA
Rat blood pressure measurement using a dynamic tracking method based on arterial occlusion
目的 针对基于光电容积描记(PPG)术的尾套法测量血压中舒张压普遍存在误差较大的问题,探讨构建一种新方法并验证其准确性和有效性.方法 通过对动脉阻断-疏通过程进行动态追踪分析来确定舒张末期PPG信号斜率变化最大时刻对应的气囊压力即为舒张压.结果 与"金标准"法相比,该方法收缩压P值为0.17,舒张压P值为0.42;进行Bland-Altman分析,两种方法血压测量值的差值绝大多数位于95%一致性界限内,显示出良好的一致性.结论 本方法可实现无创、准确的血压测量.
[Objective]To address the common issue of significant errors in diastolic blood pressure(DBP)measurement using the photoplethysmography(PPG)based tail-cuff method,this study aimed to develop and validate a novel approach for improving accuracy and effectiveness.[Methods]A dynamic tracking analysis of the arterial occlusion-release process was conducted to identify the moment of maximum slope change in the PPG signal at the end of diastole.The cuff pressure corresponding to this moment was determined as the diastolic pressure.[Results]Compared with the"gold standard"method,the proposed approach yielded a P-value of 0.17 for systolic blood pressure(SBP)and 0.42 for DBP in statistical comparisons.Bland-Altman analysis demonstrated that the majority of blood pressure measurement differences between the two methods fell within the 95%limits of agreement,indicating strong consistency.[Conclusion]This novel method enables non-invasive and accurate blood pressure measurement.
