3个伞房属树种的开花动态及繁育系统研究OA
Studies on the flowering dynamics and breeding system of three Corymbia species
[目的]柠檬桉Corymbia.citriodora、托里桉C.torelliana、皱果桉C.ptychocarpa是引种至我国多年且正在开展遗传改良的伞房属Corymbia树种,因缺乏对该属树种繁育系统的研究,不利于对该属的科学认识和可持续利用.本研究通过研究和掌握 3 个伞房属树种开花及繁育系统的特性,为我国伞房属树种遗传资源保存和改良提供依据.[方法]分别测定柠檬桉、托里桉、皱果桉 3 个树种的开花方式、花结构、花粉活力、柱头可授性、杂交指数等特征参数,以国内常用造林品种桉属尾巨桉无性系DH32-29 作对照,研究树种间、属间花结构及繁育系统的差异.[结果]3 个伞房属树种在开花方式及交配特征上具有明显差异,且除交配系统类型外,均显著区别于对照品种.3个伞房属树种均为一年开两季花,伞房花序、花蕾倒卵形,不同于对照品种一年开一季花、花蕾呈圆锥形的特征.但是,伞房属内 3 个树种的花冠直径、雌蕊长度、子房直径、子房长以及花药距柱头空间距离等都存在显著差异.3 个伞房属树种及对照品种的花粉活力均在帽状体松动期达到最高,且都在80%以上.柱头可授性方面,柠檬桉在初开期最高,其他树种在帽状体松动期最高,且柠檬桉在各阶段的柱头可授性低于其他树种.根据交配类型判定标准,3 个伞房属树种和对照品种的OCI值均为 4,均为异交,部分自交亲和.[结论]3 个伞房属树种的开花动态与繁育系统具有显著区别于对照的共同特征,但三者之间在花的形态结构、花期等方面存在差异.不过,它们的交配系统与对照相同,均为异交型.
[Objective]Corymbia citriodora,C.torelliana,and C.ptychocarpa are the species of Corymbia that have been introduced to China for many years and are undergoing genetic improvement,but the lack of research on the breeding system of this genus is not conducive to the scientific understanding and sustainable utilization of this genus.The aim of this study is to characterize the flowering and breeding systems of the three species of Corymbia and to provide a basis for the conservation and improvement of genetic resources of Corymbia in China.[Method]Three species of C.citriodora,C.torelliana,and C.ptychocarpa were analyzed for their flowering mode,flower structure,pollen viability,stigma pollination,hybridization index,etc,and the Eucalyptus urograndis clonal DH32-29 was used as a control for the commonly used forestation species in China to study the differences in floral structure and reproductive system among species and genera.[Result]The three Corymbia species differed significantly in flowering pattern and mating characteristics,moreover,apart from the mating system type,they all differ significantly from the control varieties.All three Corymbia species are continuously flowering,biannual;corymb inflorescences,buds obovate,different from the control's quarter of the year and conical flower buds.There were significant differences in corolla diameter,pistil length,ovary diameter,ovary length and spatial distance of anthers from the stigma among the three species of Corymbia;Pollen viability of the three species of Corymbia and the control species was highest at the stage of operculum loosening,and was above 80%;Stigma acceptability was basically highest at the stage of operculum loosening,and was only highest at the stage of first blooming in C.citriodora and the stigma acceptability of C.citriodora was lower than those of the other species in all the stages.According to the mating type criteria,the OCI values of the three Corymbia species and the control species were all 4,and all of them were outbreeding,partial self-crossing affinity.[Conclusion]The flowering dynamics and breeding systems of the three Corymbia species share common characteristics that significantly differentiate them from the control,all belong to plants that bloom twice a year,with flowers and fruits appearing simultaneously,and with a relatively large number of buds in a single inflorescence.but there are differences among the three species in terms of flower morphology and structure,and flowering period,however the mating systems of all three species are heterogamous,as in the control.
