基于浊邪害清理论探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病的病机与治疗OA

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a respiratory disorder with character of persistent airflow limitation.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment can alleviate clinical symptoms and reduce the frequency of exacerbations.According to the theory of turbid pathogen obstructing the clear orifices,the pathogenesis of COPD involves deficiency of the vital energy with latent pathogens,Qi stagnation with fluid retention,and mutual entanglement of phlegm and blood stasis.Deficiency of the vital energy and latent pathogenic factors form the foundation of COPD onset.Baoyuan Decoction can be used to fortify the vital energy,nourish the essence,and consolidate the foundation.Qi stagnation and fluid retention induce the progression of COPD.Bufei Decoction can be used to promote Qi circulation,transform fluids,warm and disperse turbid pathogenic factors,and prevent further progression.Phlegm-stasis mutual entanglement represents the final stage of pathological change.Juanxiao Decoction can be used to clear lung-metal,transform turbidity,remove stasis,and unblock collaterals to treat COPD.This article aims to provide new insight for the TCM prevention and treatment of COPD.
