优化安装验收及维护管理对CT设备故障率、管理质量评分的影响OA

[Objective]To explore the impact of optimizing installation acceptance and maintenance management on the failure rate and management quality score of CT equipment.[Methods]Fourteen CT devices were selected.From January to December 2023,conventional management was implemented and designated as the control group;from January to December 2024,optimized installation acceptance and maintenance management were implemented and designated as the observation group.The equipment failures,repair time and costs,management quality,and staff satisfaction were compared between the two groups.[Results]After management,the number of equipment failures per year of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(7/28).The average maintenance time of equipment was shortened and the average maintenance cost was reduced in the observation group(P＜0.05).All management quality scores were higher in the observation group(P＜0.05).In the observation group,the satisfaction scores of the staff all increased(P＜0.05).[Conclusion]Optimizing installation acceptance and maintenance management can significantly reduce equipment failures,shorten repair time,improve management quality and staff satisfaction.
