基于数据挖掘的不同证型便秘治疗方药味配伍共性特点研究OA
Common Characteristics of the Compatibility of Medicinal Flavors in the Treatment Formulas for Constipation with Different Syndromes Types Based on Data Mining
目的 探讨不同证型便秘治疗方的药味配伍共性特点,为临床治疗便秘选取药味提供思路.方法 收集治疗便秘的中医临床专家共识、系统评价、临床经验方等涵盖的中药方和中成药方,明确其配伍结构和功效特点,统计其药味分布,并进行层次聚类分析.与"汤液经法图"理论体系中治疗肺金疾病的主导药味辛味(化味)、咸味(泻味)、酸味(补味)和苦甘化咸进行比对,计算药味占比,分析代表方剂的配伍特点.结果 共检索到治疗便秘的中药方和中成药方 34 首,包括济川煎加减方、麻子仁丸加减方、温脾汤加减方、四磨汤口服液、通便灵胶囊等.排除苦甘化咸的配伍后,34 首方中,"咸酸辛"占比>80%的有 25 首,占比为 60%~80%的有 6 首,占比<60%的有 3 首.苦、甘味用药主要应用于肺脾同治、肺肾同治等方中.层次聚类分析得到 3 个聚类,主导药味均为咸味.结论 便秘治疗方药味以治肺金为主,"咸酸辛"为其核心药味,"咸"为主导药味,"苦甘"味往往用于肺脾同治或肺肾同治的子母病共治情形.
Objective To investigate the common characteristics of the compatibility of medicinal flavors in the treatment formulas for constipation with different syndromes types,and provide ideas for selecting medicinal flavors for clinical treatment of constipation.Methods Chinese herbal prescriptions and Chinese patent prescriptions in the treatment of constipation in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical expert consensus,systematic review and clinical experience prescriptions were collected to clarify their compatibility structure and efficacy characteristics,the distribution of medicinal flavors was statistically analyzed,and the hierarchical cluster analysis was carry out.Compared with the pungent(harmonization flavor),salty(purgation flavor),sour(tonification flavor)and bitter sweet synthesize salty in the treatment of lung diseases in the Tang-Ye-Jing-Fa Map,the proportion of medicinal flavors was calculated,and the characteristics of the representative prescriptions was analyzed.Results A total of 34 Chinese herbal prescriptions and Chinese patent prescriptions in the treatment of constipation were retrieved,including modified Jichuan Decoction,modified Maziren Pills,modified Wenpi Decoction,Simo Decoction Oral Liquid,Tongbianling Capsules,etc.After excluding the combination of bitter sweet synthesize salty,among the 34 prescriptions,salty sour and pungent herbs account for a proportion above 80%in 25 prescriptions,six prescriptions account for a proportion of 60%-80%,and three prescription accounts for a proportion below 60%;bitter and sweet herbs were mainly concentrated in the lung and spleen or lung and kidney prescriptions.Three clusters were obtained by the hierarchical cluster analysis,and the dominant herb flavor was salty.Conclusion The prescriptions for the treatment of constipation mainly focus on treating the lung,with salty sour and pungent as its core medicinal flavors,salty as its dominant medicinal flavor,and bitter or sweet flavor often used for the co-treatment of mother-to-child diseases,such as the co-treatment of lung and spleen or lung and kidney.
