Risk management and quality control for clinical use of large-scale medical equipment

目的 大型医疗设备已成为医院实现现代化和高水平发展的关键技术保障,然而,由于技术复杂程度高,其在临床使用中涉及风险因素较多.本研究探讨了大型医疗设备在临床使用中的风险管理与质量控制策略,旨在提高其在临床使用中的安全性、可靠性和有效性.方法 本研究结合实际工作经验及文献调研,梳理出大型医疗设备在临床使用中的主要风险点,并提出了针对性的风险管理与质量控制措施.结果 大型医疗设备在临床使用中的主要风险点包括维护管理模式、信息网络安全以及临床使用管理制度.结论 通过优化大型医疗设备的维护管理模式,强化网络安全保障机制及完善临床使用管理制度等管理措施,可有效降低其在临床使用中的风险,提高设备的安全性及可靠性.

[Objective]Large-scale medical equipment has become a key technical guarantee for hospitals to achieve modernization and high-level development.However,due to its high technical complexity,there are many risk factors involved in its clinical use.This study explores the risk management and quality control strategies for large-scale medical equipment in clinical use,aiming to enhance its safety,reliability and effectiveness in clinical applications.[Methods]This study,based on practical work experience and literature research,identified the main risk points of large-scale medical equipment in clinical use,and proposed targeted risk management and quality control measures.[Results]The main risk points of large-scale medical equipment in clinical use include maintenance management mode,information security,and clinical usage management system.[Conclusion]By implementing management measures such as optimizing the maintenance management model of large-scale medical equipment,strengthening the cybersecurity guarantee mechanism,and improving the clinical usage management system,the risks associated with the clinical use of these devices can be effectively reduced,and their safety and reliability can be enhanced.
