基于以资源为基础的相对价值比率的静脉用药调配中心岗位价值评价体系研究OA
Research on a Position Performance System in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services Based on the RBRVS
目的 构建静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)岗位价值评价体系.方法 基于以资源为基础的相对价值比率(RBRVS),采用德尔菲法,对选取的 26 名广东省的药学专家进行 2 轮函询,收集专家对PIVAS岗位价值评价体系构建的意见.采用层次分析法计算各PIVAS岗位价值评价指标权重.结果 2 轮函询的专家权威系数分别为 0.83,0.87;有效回收率均为 100.00%;专家变异系数分别为 0.17,0.13;一级指标、二级指标肯德尔协调系数分别为 0.351,0.794.专家的意见达成一致,最终形成 4 个一级指标、9 个二级指标的PIVAS岗位价值评价体系.结论 所建立的PIVAS岗位价值评价体系实现了不同岗位的科学考核,具有可靠性、科学性和可操作性,可作为PIVAS绩效考核的工具,提高工作效率及质量.
Objective To construct a position performance system in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS).Methods Based on the Resource Based Relative Value Scale(RBRVS),the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of inquiries with 26 selected pharmaceutical experts in Guangdong Province,in order to collect their opinions on the construction of the position performance system in the PIVAS.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method was used to calculate the weight of each evaluation indicator for position performance in the PIVAS.Results The expert authority coefficients of the two rounds of inquiries were 0.83 and 0.87,respectively.The effective recovery rates were all 100.00%.The expert coefficients of variation were 0.17 and 0.13,respectively,and the Kendall coordination coefficients for primary and secondary indicators were 0.351 and 0.794,respectively.Experts reached a consensus and ultimately formed a position performance system with four primary indicators and nine secondary indicators in the PIVAS.Conclusion The established position performance system in the PIVAS realizes scientific assessment for different positions,with reliability,scientificity,and operability,which can be used as a performance assessment tool in the PIVAS to improve work efficiency and quality.
