基于改进Bron-Kerbosch算法探究《临证指南医案》补气类药物用药规律OA

Objective To investigate the core strategies and identification points of clinical application of qi-tonifying drug scenarios of Ye Tianshi.Methods Taking the prescriptions of Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An as the data source,a prescription dataset was constructed.The universal set lift(ULift)was used to calculate the highly correlated drugs of the target drugs in the prescription dataset and the correlation analysis was performed.The improved Bron-Kerbosch(BK)algorithm was used to calculate the community distribution of the high correlation drug set of the target drugs and drug analysis was performed.Results A total of 2 401 prescriptions with 624 kinds of Chinese materia medica were included,and 115 kinds of Chinese materia medica were used≥30 times.The main qi-tonifying drugs used≥30 times in the prescriptions of the Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An were Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Jujubae Fructus,Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Astragali Radix,etc.The drug relevance analysis demonstrated two groups of compatibility and contraindication patterns of various drugs.The drug network analysis revealed 27 drug communities among seven qi-tonifying drugs.The compatibility patterns associated with different qi-tonifying drugs were not entirely identical.Conclusion Ye Tianshi's clinical application of qi-tonifying drugs varies according to different pathological mechanisms.Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma are often combined with warm yang promoting qi drugs and used to dry dampness and treat water.Jujubae Fructus,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle,and Astragali Radix are used in combination to treat deficiency syndrome.Qi tonifying drugs are often combined with calming herbs to treat restlessness.Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction is modified to treat qi deficiency complicated by limb bi-syndrome.
