目的:对杏荷止咳糖浆的化学成分进行定性分析,并建立杏荷止咳糖浆的指纹图谱.方法:采用超高效液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间串联质谱法(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)对杏荷止咳糖浆的化学成分进行定性鉴别.基于超高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法(UPLC-ELSD),采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"建立 15 批杏荷止咳糖浆的指纹图谱,并进行相似度评价.结果:共鉴定了杏荷止咳糖浆中 41 个化合物,主要为黄酮类成分、酚酸类成分、萜类成分及皂苷类成分.15 批杏荷止咳糖浆指纹图谱中有 17 个共有峰,其与对照指纹图谱间的相似度为 0.949~0.999,指认了 16 个共有峰.结论:明确了杏荷止咳糖浆中化学成分,建立的杏荷止咳糖浆指纹图谱分析方法操作简便、结果准确,可为其质量评价标准的完善提供参考.

Objective:To qualitatively analyze the chemical components and establish the fingerprint of Xinghe Zhike Syrup.Methods:Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)was employed to identify the chemical components of Xinghe Zhike Syrup.Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detector(UPLC-ELSD)was employed to establish the fingerprints of 15 batches of Xinghe Zhike Syrup,and the Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine was used for similarity evaluation.Results:A total of 41 compounds in Xinghe Zhike Syrup were identified,mainly including flavonoids,phenolic acids,terpenoids,and saponins.There were 17 common peaks in the fingerprints of the 15 batches of Xinghe Zhike Syrup,with similarities ranging from 0.949 to 0.999,and 16 common peaks were identified.Conclusion:The chemical components of Xinghe Zhike Syrup were clarified,and the established fingerprinting method for Xinghe Zhike Syrup is simple and accurate,providing a reference for improving its quality evaluation standard.
