基于协同过滤推荐的无人机与应急救援任务个性化匹配研究OA
Precise Matching of UAVs and Emergency Rescue Missions Based on Collaborative Filtering Recommendation
灾后依据应急任务特征合理匹配无人机机型,是提高航空救援能力的关键.然而,随着低空经济"快速发展,无人机呈现型号多样化、功能差异化、性能互补化特征,增加了其与救援任务的匹配难度.该文针对救援任务与无人机的异质特征,提出一类个性化匹配方法.首先,结合文本挖掘方法建立无人机与救援任务特征属性量表;其次,基于协同过滤推荐算法实现无人机与救援任务匹配;通过设置伤员搜救、通信保障、物资投递和森林灭火等典型常见救援场景,为不同场景下的任务推荐匹配度排名前5的机型,并验证方法的可行性和有效性,通过实验数据评估不同推荐数量与规模场景下的准确率和召回率,进一步验证推荐算法性能.该研究可为应急部门提供决策支持.
Post-disaster matching of UAV models with emergency task characteristics is critical for enhanc-ing aviation rescue capabilities.However,in the era of rapid development of the"low-altitude economy",UAVs have demonstrated characteristics of diversified models,differentiated functions,and complementary perfor-mance,which significantly increases the difficulty of matching UAVs with rescue tasks.To address this chal-lenge,a precision matching method between UAVs and emergency rescue tasks is proposed based on their hetero-geneous characteristics.First,text mining methods are employed to establish feature attribute scales for both UAVs and rescue tasks.Second,a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm is implemented to achieve accurate matching between UAVs and mission requirements.Finally,through the simulation of various rescue scenarios including casualty search and rescue,communication support,material delivery,and forest fire suppres-sion-typical post-disaster operations-the proposed method successfully identifies the top 5 most suitable UAV models for each scenario.The results validate the feasibility and effectiveness of our methodology while provid-ing actionable references for emergency management departments.This research contributes to optimized re-source allocation in disaster response operations and advances decision-making support systems for emergency aviation rescue.
