结构性自体软骨移植在轻中度Binder综合征患者鼻整形及面中部凹陷矫正中的应用与美学效果评估OA

Objective To investigate the application and aesthetic value of using autologous costal cartilage grafts to reconstruct the middle nasal vault and nasal tip framework in improving nasal deformity and midface depression in patients with mild to moderate Binder syndrome.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 4 patients with mild to moderate Binder syndrome treated in Beijing Meilai Medical Cosmetic Hospital from January 2022 to June 2025(all four had partial nasal septal cartilage deficiency).All patients underwent open rhinoplasty combined with structural autologous costal cartilage grafting.Postoperative nasal morphology,functional improvement,and aesthetic outcomes were assessed through standardized two-dimensional photographic measurements,patient satisfaction questionnaires(FACE-Q scale),and blinded expert aesthetic scoring.Results At 6 months postoperatively,all patients exhibited significant improvement in nasal morphology,with increased nasal tip projection,extended nasal length,and elevated nasal dorsum height.The nasofrontal angle and columella-labial angle were restored to ideal ranges.The average patient satisfaction score was 9.0,and expert aesthetic scores showed a significant enhancement.No severe complications,such as graft resorption,infection,or exposure,occurred in any of the patients.Conclusion Structural autologous cartilage grafting can effectively reconstruct the nasal framework and midface contour in patients with mild to moderate Binder syndrome.It significantly enhances nasal aesthetic harmony while improving nasal airflow function,representing a safe,stable,and aesthetically favorable surgical approach.
