生长后期不同能量水平日粮对樱桃谷肉鸭生产性能和体脂沉积规律的影响OA
Effects of diets with different energy levels during the late growth period on the production performance and body fat deposition pattern of Cherry Valley meat ducks
为探究生长后期不同能量水平日粮对樱桃谷肉鸭生产性能和体脂沉积规律的影响,选取32万只1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭,公母各半,随机分成2组,每组4个重复,每个重复1栋肉鸭(每栋4万只).1~15日龄各组肉鸭均饲喂相同的前期饲料,16日龄开始对照组饲喂高代谢能饲料,试验组饲喂低代谢能饲料.试验期为16~36日龄.结果表明:在出栏体重没有显著差异的情况下,试验组肉鸭平均日增重较对照组低8.30 g/d(P<0.01),料重比较对照组高0.17(P<0.01),欧指较对照组低71.25(P<0.01).试验组肉鸭腹脂率较对照组低0.11个百分点(P<0.05).试验组鸭胸肉的棕榈油酸和油酸含量分别较对照组高0.31个百分点和4.19个百分点(P<0.05),而二十二烷酸和二十二碳六烯酸含量分别较对照组低0.13个百分点和0.15个百分点(P<0.05).试验组鸭腿肉棕榈酸含量较对照组低0.67个百分点(P<0.05).试验组鸭腹脂中癸酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、十五酸、α-亚麻酸、二十二碳六烯酸以及n-3多不饱和脂肪酸分别较对照组低0.01、0.01、0.20、0.11、0.1、0.01、0.11个百分点(P<0.05).试验组鸭肌胃中的十五酸和二十二碳六烯酸分别较对照组低0.01个百分点和0.17个百分点(P<0.05).两组间腺胃(包括食管)各脂肪酸含量均无显著差异.由此可见,降低生长后期饲料能量在显著降低樱桃谷肉鸭的生长速度和饲料转化率的同时可显著降低樱桃谷肉鸭腹脂沉积并改变不同部位脂肪酸组成.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of diets with different energy levels on the production performance and body fat deposition pattern of Cherry Valley meat ducks in the late growth period.Three hundred and twenty thousand 1-day-old Cherry Valley broiler ducks,half male and half female,were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 4 replicates each,and 1 broiler duck building per replicate(40000 ducks per building).All groups of meat ducks were fed the same pre-feed from 1~15 days of age,and from 16 days of age,the control group was fed high metabolizable energy feed and the experimental group was fed low metabolizable energy feed.The experimental period was from 16 to 36 days of age.The results showed that:in the absence of significant differences in the finishing weight,the average daily weight gain of meat ducks in the experimental group was very significantly lower than that of the control group by 8.30 g/d(P<0.05),the feed-to-weight ratio was very significantly higher than that of the control group by 0.17(P<0.01),and the European index was very significantly lower than that of the control group by 71.25(P<0.01).The abdominal fat percentage of meat ducks in the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group by 0.11 percentage points(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in duck leg ratio,pectoral muscle ratio,muscle stomach ratio and glandular stomach(including oesophagus)ratio between the two groups.Palmitoleic and oleic acid contents of duck breast meat in the test group were significantly higher by 0.31 percentage points and 4.19 percentage points(P<0.05)than that of the control group,whereas docosahexanoic and docosahexaenoic acid contents were significantly lower by 0.13 percentage points and 0.15 percentage points(P<0.05)than the trend of the control group.Palmitic acid content of duck leg meat in the test group was significantly by 0.67 percentage points(P<0.05)lower than that of the control group.Decanoic acid,lauric acid,myristic acid,pentadecanoic acid,α-linolenic acid,docosahexaenoic acid as well as n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in the abdominal lipids of ducks in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group by 0.01,0.01,0.20,0.11,0.1,0.01 percentage points and 0.11 percentage points(P<0.05).Pentadecanoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid in the myogastric of ducks in the test group were significantly lower by 0.01 percentage points and 0.17 percentage points(P<0.05)than in the control group.The results showed that reducing feed energy in the late growth period could significantly reduce the growth rate and feed conversion ratio of Cherry Valley meat ducks,and at the same time could significantly reduce the abdominal fat deposition and change the fatty acid composition of different parts of Cherry Valley meat ducks.
