黑木耳多糖对蛋鸡饲喂效果的研究OA
Research on the feeding effects of Auricularia auricula polysaccharides in laying hens
为探究黑木耳多糖(AAP)对产蛋后期蛋鸡的剂量效应关系及其作用机制,试验选用400羽56周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为基础日粮组(C0组)和100、200、300 mg/kg AAP添加组(T1组、T2组、T3组).试验结果表明:与C0组相比,300 mg/kg AAP使产蛋率、蛋壳强度和蛋壳颜色评分分别提高8.9%、20.9%、20.6%,料蛋比降低7.4%(P<0.05).AAP通过激活Nrf2/ARE通路的作用机制促使抗氧化功能增强,T3组总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性分别提高32.0%和32.7%,丙二醛(MDA)含量降低34.1%(P<0.05).AAP在免疫调节方面具有选择性,T3组IL-2、IFN-γ和IL-10水平分别显著提升55.8%、81.9%和123.3%(P<0.05),对IL-6无显著影响.此外,AAP通过改善蛋壳基质矿化过程从而提升蛋品质.本研究论证了 AAP在蛋鸡生产中的三重协同作用机制,并确定300 mg/kg为最佳添加量,为开发新型功能性饲料添加剂和无抗养殖实践提供了重要的技术支撑.
In order to explore the dose-effect relationship and mechanism of Auricularia auricula polysaccharide(AAP)on laying hens in late laying period,400 56-week-old Hy-Line brown laying hens were randomly divided into basic diet group(C0 group)and 100,200,300 mg/kg AAP addition groups(group T1,group T2,group T3).The results showed that the laying rate,eggshell strength and eggshell color score in group T3 were increased by 8.9%,20.9%and 20.6%,respectively compared with group CO,and the feed-egg ratio were decreased by 7.4%(P<0.05).AAP enhanced the antioxidant function by activating the Nrf2/ARE pathway.The activities of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in group T3 were increased by 32.0%and 32.7%,respectively comprred with group CO,and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was decreased by 34.1%(P<0.05).AAP was selective in immune regulation,and the levels of IL-2,IFN-γ and IL-10 in group T3 were significantly increased by 55.8%,81.9%and 123.3%,respectively(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on IL-6.In addition,AAP improved egg quality by improving the eggshell matrix mineralization process.This study demonstrated the triple synergistic mechanism of AAP in laying hens production,and determined 300 mg/kg as the optimal addition amount,which provided important technical support for the development of new functional feed additives and antibiotic-free breeding practice.
